I typically haven't added reviews online but ELCF definitely deserves one! All the coaches here are amazing and have really helped me get more fit. They always focus on doing the right movement and modifying the WOD (Work out of the day) as per your body/physical abilities. I started with the on boarding program and it really helped me understand the different movements and it also taught me about how I can scale an exercise to work my way up the ladder of fitness. Not to mention, all the folks in class are always kind and generous; making me want to show up every day and give it my best.

I grew up in the area and visit parents often when in town for work. I love dropping in to EL CrossFit when I’m here. Helpful, friendly coaches. Fun, challenging programming. Clean, quality equipment. Perfect class sizes and individualized attention/technique tips. Can’t beat the location as well. Definitely recommend for athletes of any fitness level!

Just what I was looking for! Cross fit is for every-body. The coaches/trainers have so much knowledge to keep everyone safe and have a great work out no matter what skill level you are at. I love how friendly everyone is. If you have never stepped foot in a gym no worries we got you!

The people are amazing here. Great coaches. Great facilities. Team atmosphere. Welcoming and encouraging. I feel blessed to get the opportunity to train along side elite athletes and have the workout scaled to meet my abilities. Way beyond my expectations!

ELCF is an excellent CrossFit gym in East Lansing area. Good coaches, lots of focus on form, and their program is a killer. If you're looking to try CrossFit or are looking for a CF gym in the area, don't go elsewhere.

I recently checked out the East Lansing CrossFit gym and signed up for unlimited membership. The location is convenient, the facilities are spacious and well-maintained, with a wide range of equipment for performing CrossFit exercises such as assault bikes, rope climbs, rowing, etc.The trainers at East Lansing CrossFit are experienced and knowledgeable, they are always willing to offer advice and guidance to help you improve your form and achieve your fitness goals.The community at East Lansing CrossFit is welcoming and supportive, with members of all ages and fitness levels coming together to push themselves and each other to new heights. As someone who had primarily worked out at home for the past few years, I forgot how much I was missing the communal aspect of CrossFit. When we moved to the area I started up at East Lansing CrossFit and I am so glad that I did. Whether you are a seasoned athlete, or just starting out, the coaches take the time to understand you and your needs and are always there providing helpful cues and extra motivation. The programming has been great and has helped me get out of the rut I had been in planning my own workouts. The community has been even better. Its less of a struggle to get through a 5am WOD when you are working beside some familiar faces. If you have been on the fence about trying CrossFit, I couldn't encourage you enough to stop into ELCF!
