From our more challenging classes like Hot Hiit & Core, Arms, Abs & Assets, and Kick Your Asana, to our gentler Slow Burn or Candlelight Sweat & Surrender, you are always encouraged to move at YOUR pace, focus on YOUR breath, and sweat as much or as little as makes YOU happy! Do know, that in all our classes, you will be working every muscle, tendon, joint, and internal organ in your body, while you build strength, balance, and flexibility, all guaranteed to give you a challenging, invigorating, exhilarating, and blissful experience.
