If I could give negative 172738838282827 stars, I would. I’ve been waiting a week for a fill. I’ve been out for a week. Can’t get ahold of anyone. Was charged the for the expedited service and they never showed. Found out days later they don’t offer expedited service in my area even though we already paid for it. Everything was prepaid and I’m still waiting on my propane. If there is one company whose main goal is to pull pranks and screw people over, it’s Ferrellgas! Good luck people!

What a joke! Charged me $127.00 rental fee for not using enough Propane!!! I never had to pay rental fee before. I never even got a warning notice! Oh, and by the way! The day you get the rental invoice in the mail, it's already late!!! What a joke!! What a horrible policy! I will definitely be shopping for a new propane company.

I gave them a 4-star rating for pricing and prompt service. If they want a 5-star rating, they need to have their satellite offices staffed during regular working offices.

I was disappointed in Ferrellgas this year. We have been with them for about six years and we have never had to pay rental for our propane tank. This year we received an invoice for a rental fee. The reason given was that we did not use enough propane last year. We work to make our house more efficient and use less to heat it and this is what happens. After complaining to management, Ferrellgas agreed to drop the fee this year. They warned us that if we don't use enough propane, there will be a fee next year. I guess we need to start checking out other propane companies.

Can't give a zero-star otherwise I would an emergency fill with sub-zero temperatures and they tell me 21 days before I can get my tank filled I had to switch company so I could get heat for my family 3 months later they still won't come and get their tank out of my yard

The service department is horrible. They do not return phone calls.When I was able to talk to them,they lie to you. I asked to speak to the Management team,they will not let you directly talk to them. The phone staff sends them an e-mail with your phone number to them and then you wait on them to call you back,which has not happened.They took the propane tank off of my mom's property without my authorization with propane in it.

I would never recommend this company to anybody. Terrible customer service...on hold for HOURS and then don't receive calls back. We ran out of heat and they told us it would be at least 2 weeks before my 14 month old daughter and I would have heat. One lady on the emergency number literally told me at 4:00 in the morning that I could go sleep in my car with my daughter for heat. My husband was out of town for work for a week so I was alone without heat with a freezing cold, infant for 4 full days before we decided to cancel services. My husband got ahold of Applebees Oil and Propane and they came out with a new tank and reset our furnace within 35 minutes because it was an emergency situation!! Now that is customer service! Not everything Ferrell Gas has put us through ... not to mention they mischarged us multiple times.

My experience was substandard in all respects. I tried to set up new service and they do not communicate, no return phone calls when promised, excuses and buck passing when you try to get an answer to a simple question. In my experience , they seem to have abandoned the idea of customer service. Very frustrating.

Customer service is terrible and they do not schedule their deliveries so they can not tell you when your propane is coming.
