Wanted a special 80 th birthday cake made ordered what I wanted got a awful cake with no decorations like I requested was told didn’t kniw how to make balloons or roses but never told me that when I ordered gave me wrong flavors on cupcakes I preferred ruined my special day with the cake!!!!

Placed a pick up order for 7-8 today, got home and my corn was moldy and bagels had a slit which led them to be stale. Also gave me a sweet potato instead of a russet. Called to file a complaint or get a refund and was told I had to go back to the store in order to do either of those things. Burger buns were smashed. Ridiculous, you can see that the corn was moldy when you pick it up and bagels had a slit.

Liz is quite possibly the nastiest employee there. She basically called my disabled son an annoyance and that I needed to ‘train him better’, I just needed help fixing the price on the gatorade. She was downright despicable and wouldn’t call a manager when I asked, I ended up just having to leave when my son was showing signs of a meltdown. Absolutely unacceptable behavior and I will be taking this above this store.

We did the Kroger pick up and the employee was very nice and helpful as we loaded things into my car. I hate sitting there why they’re loading my car so I always get out and help. Outside the store looked nice and clean! It was a great trip! We’ll be back for sure!

Sometimes it's great, sometimes it's not. It's the only place I've ever had to go back to the parking lot to get a cart. It happens so often I just automatically grab one on the way in now. All stores should just adopt the Aldi cart system anyway. Bottle return has 3 machines plus 1for glass. Normally only one or two are up and running. Meijer across the street has carts that aren't junky and I don't know, like 6 or 8 bottle machines.

Exceptional service at the fast checkout line. I was using whatever was left on my EBT card, and the system beeped because I didn't have enough (I was prepared to use my credit card for the rest). A Kroger employee came by immediately and helped me with the error code and then put down some daily discounts that they could find. I was a bit embarrassed, because I hoped he didn't feel he had to apply the discounts because I was using EBT (for lower income individuals). I had enough to pay for the rest with my other card. But I appreciated the discounts and fast service nonetheless!

Very rude staff at this location and they are also under staffed which doesn't help. The front end lead Miya is very rude and is not doing this location any favors. I truly hate coming here and I will be going back to the Okemos location as they are much more helpful and friendly.

Today at the East Lansing Kroger (Lake Lansing Road/Coolidge), the self check out attendant, spent my entire shopping experience with his head down, scrolling on his phone. Not sure when this became acceptable behavior? Shame on him. Shame on his parents and Shame on the staff at Kroger.
