The East Lansing store has got to be the worst store in the area. Common products often not available. Today there was no Wheat Chex and no block Feta cheese without cellulose. coupon items always sold out. Also today, a busy game day Saturday, only half the self checkouts were open.

I've never had an issue coming to this Kroger until today. My husband and I go here often. Usually you can get out quickly if your using the self check out. Well..... we had a cart fill of groceries, got to the check out. Whenever we have used the cashier, all some want to do is talk and not do their job like they are supposed to. EX: we were getting ready to check out, my husband asked if someone was working the register, an older woman said yes. So we proceeded to put the items on the belt to be checked out, we didn't even get everything on there and that same lady who was supposed to be doing the register didn't come. She was too busy running her mouth. It seems as if some of the people here do not want to do their job they got hired to do. We do not appreciate what was done. People need to do their job like they are suppose. They also should realize that the customers are the ones that are paying them and keeping the business open. I've worked customer service most of my life. I've never made folks wait and if they had to I would apologize and mean it. Get folks that will do the job and not piddle around. Customers come first.

I like kroger but the one on w.lake lansing my granddaughter checked me out at a self scan as she cashiers and is fast.I saw a candle i purchased was real cheap and i bought up another one for her to scan and the assistant asked us if she scanned both candles.she could have seen we did on her end but chose to embarrasse us.Then we needed assistance for a chip coupon, and had us dig thru the bags to find the 2nd bag. there was no need to do all of that.Very angry and sad that my grandaughter and myself were chosen to annoy.

The one on west lake Lansing road just changed the whole store around in the middle of a pandemic!! I probably speak for a majority when I say I would love to get in and out especially in times like these and to change the store around and have everything completely out of order is just insane!! Also the deli is closed randomly at any given time during the day, I could see it being closed a couple hrs before close but seriously in the middle of the day

how about letting folks return bottles....you just keep our/my money and do nothing to return it.....you have had over 3 months to figure out the logistics to maximize returns and yet your only plan is to allow returns 2 days a week?

I like things simple. I don’t want to buy my clothes and tires when I get my food and household supplies. Big enough to carry items my diet sensitive body tolerate, yet small enough to not be burdened. Love the fuel reward savings, and the generous stock of gluten and dairy free items.

The young men in the meat department where very helpful and made my day a whole lot better! The cheerful guy in glasses assisted me pretty quickly and that's important for me as I like to shop fast! 6/5 stars guys!!

I know deli had a black guy with beautiful eyes named Prince and he was so professional, friendly, and steady trying to stuff ppl faces with samples. They should have made him a deli lead because he worked well with others and especially since he had so much energy and boi was he funny. I miss him. P.S. I'm that boi named Prince just being conceited. Lol. I got a lot of respect from the all star employees and this Kroger is my fave in the area.

Stopped at this Kroger to check what they had to offer. Watched as sushi was being made and wrapped for sale while fresh. They also had a nice bakery and a soup bar. They also had the normal chicken pieces etc. Clean place to buy dinner.

Very nice and clean Kroger. Great proximity to the hotel I stayed in so I was able to get necessary items.

With so many options for groceries, it's hard to pick s favorite. This Kroger location is much better than the Frandor location. I generally get my fresh meat and seafood here because it is close to home, but their selection is small and pricey compared to other options that are a little further from home. I also like Kroger for their 'managers special' discount and save $5 deals!

Apply here at your own risk! I got hired the beginning of October and been having problems since. I did not get a proper hire. I did not get no type of training or watched any videos about my occupation. Every pay day there is something wrong with my check either it's short or I have no check at all. When I bring it to management attention everyone acts nonchalant about the situation and always say they're going to add it to my next check but they never do. When I work overtime I never get time n half because hours are never right. This is the most unorganized Kroger I have came across ! I wish I haven't waisted my time here for the months I have!!! This deserves zero stars .
