Be aware that this place does not clean their ovens and every time I order from here it’s really dirty and disgusting on the bottom of the pizza /bread and the oil makes it like a mud so you can’t scrape it off just trust me don’t go

I ordered three pizzas and crazy bread/drink combos for a school event, but accidentally ordered it half an hour earlier than needed (ordered for 5:15pm pickup, needed it for 5:45pm, placed the order at noon). When I called to request the order be moved back, whoever answered the phone started huffing and puffing like a steam train. Just aggravated from the get-go, they made it seem like it was the biggest deal for me to request this in the first place. Still, they moved forward and asked for my order. I was still a little put off by their previous reaction and was processing that, so I was a bit slow to remember what my order was— totally blanking. I requested for them to look it up by name instead, which they refused and rerequested I give the order because they’re “the only person there” which would make it easier to look up the order later (I think? I’m still confused on this part). As I finally remember my order and am about to start listing it off, they interrupt me to just ask for my name instead. I feel like I’m losing my mind at this point. I snap, they snap back, and I decide to just cancel the order altogether.Just frustrated and tired of customer service workers taking out their frustrations towards customer service on customers that did not do anything; all because I asked to have my order pushed back half an hour.

There’s so much potential here. They just need a manager. SO. BAD. It’s packed every time I go but I worry it’s gonna get shut down. All the workers are great, but seem frustrated. No organization. Everyone’s running around like a chicken with their head cutoff. There’s only like two lights that work in the place neither of which are in the front, and it’s surprising they haven’t gotten any sort of health code violation. The ceiling of all places is nasty, and the floor looks like it’s never been mopped. Please fix this place, we love going there and it’s so convenient, but I had to wait 10 min for bread! And you guys had 8 bags ready to go…

I have noticed that the quality of the food has gotten better. I just had one of the beat Italian cheese breads I had in a long time. Didn't take long to get the food as well.

I got a pretzel pizza, barely pretzely and had marinara sauce despite cheese sauce said on ticket. also cut very unevenly and not cut through all the way.

I would love to rate the food but i never received it, atmosphere was empty even after their advertised opening time, and service was awful, not an employee but a manager refused to pick up my calls or unlock the door to the public, embarrassing. Imagine being a full fledged adult and deciding to hide from your responsibilities, couldn’t be me.

Literally the worst experience I've ever had at a Caesars. This location is really bad. Over an hour late and the pizza was disgusting. Stay away.

I made a large order online the night before for a meeting that I was having. When I pulled up to pick up 6 pizzas they were closed and locked up with a crowd of angry customers out front who had all made online orders with no service. This was at 1pm. Luckily, Sam's Club came through last minute. I called the next day and talked to a rude employee who described himself as the assistant manager. He was dismissive of my complaints and didn't even feel compelled to explain what happened nor was he concerned enough to offer an apology. Finally, he took my info and said that he would try to get his district manager to give me a refund. I finally received the refund after a week. I've had similar issues with other Little Caeser's. It appears that the ship is sinking for what used to be a great company. I won't do business with them again.

Go to any of the other little caesars in the area. This one is terrible! I ordered an hour and a half ahead of time and still ended up waiting 30 minutes inside after my pickup time only to receive the wrong order. It was like watching the 3 stooges trying to make pizzas.

Made an order paid for it they received the order then said it disappeared wouldn’t refund my money terrible attitude from both the manager and worker. Never received a refund or even an apology
