Shop at this Lululemon - best one in Michigan!! As a customer of Lulu for over 9 years I have always had an awesome experience. The customer service is top-notch and I really appreciated the help I got from Rea and Dar. They were so kind and helpful that it made me want to buy the whole store. The quality of clothes is great but the people is what makes Eastwood the best!

Shop at ANY OTHER lululemon in Michigan! As a customer of lulu for over 8 years I have never had such a poor experience. While trying to return an align pair of legging that ripped, the acting “manager”, a youngish female red head, was nothing but rude. Instead of informing me of my options for the return as I was unable to swap them with another align pair she was rude and condescending. She told me that I was the issue and not the product so I had to pick a different product. Something I had never heard or been informed of before. Further to insinuate I was the issue even after informing her I had followed all of the instructions pertaining to the care and use of the align leggings. As I informed her and the other girl who I later found out was named Dar that I would be going to a different lululemon, the acting “manager” chuckled loudly as I turned to walk away. When I then asked for their names Dar, provided me with her name and the acting “manager” raised her voice and proclaimed she will not be providing her name and proceeded to no longer help me while sitting on her phone while there were other customers in the store. Dar the other young lady was very helpful during the entire time and remained professional while her “manager” was unhelpful, ill mannered, and unpleasant. As someone who has worked retail and customer service Dar handled this situation perfectly even if it was not my desired outcome. It is apparent that there are some attitude issues effecting this store with one person in particular the unnamed female red head is seemingly at the center of this stores problem. If you are an athlete, student, or just want some lulu order online or shop at a different store. This is the only store I have ever had an issue with and it is clearly an employee issue at this store which is seemingly reflected in their reviews. Avoid this location at all costs unless you prefer a poor experience to a great one like at the Ann Arbor or the Somerset store. I hope one day they have helpful employees like Dar compared to incompetent and rude managers like the lady with red hair.

Cannot give enough praise to the lovely young lady who assisted me! She was able to look up what styles and sizes my daughter wore so I could surprise her on her birthday! Thank you! Hope your foot heals soon!

Every single time I come into this location I am disappointed. It never fails. Every other Lulu location honors policy and is kind, but this one is something else.

Wanted to do a quality promise exchange on a jacket that I got 3months ago. I bought multiple before and this seam was so badly done the store manager wouldn’t let me return it. Very disappointed and I went to a different lululemon store for quality promise before on the align bras and they had no problem. The quality promise says if the manufacture doesn’t do a good job or satisfy the customer they allow the exchange. This store apparently does not follow that.

I came in today to do a quality promise on a belt bag whose strap was coming apart and unraveling off of the actual bag and the employee was rude and said she could not find the product on my account despite me having my email confirmation from the company as well as having the barcode on my app account. I am extremely disappointed and wish they could have helped with a solution since the product was bought within the last three months. I highly recommend visiting a different location!

went in yesterday, the young man that was working was very nice. but the young lady with the green/yellow shirt on was incredibly rude. i’ve heard a lot of bad things from my girlfriends about this store, i wanted to try it out anyways because it’s the closest to my house, sadly I will not be coming back.

I walked in and immediately was told by educator #4060 (last 4) about how I might not be within return date, and being asked if I knew the rules to return (tags etc) before I even put the bag down. I was being judged. The tone was way off. I spend a lot of money on LL which she could see based on my profile and the fact that my return resulted in a 366 dollar refund. Anyways. Her tone was so sour. She even acted like she had to ask her manager for permission to put WMTM on a gift card for a member and when asked why she did that she said “a week ago we couldn’t” but that’s not true. I don’t live near a store and typically go to the GR location. The manager also looked at her confused as to why she even asked. Well clearly she was stereotyping. I wouldn’t come to this location again if my life depended on it. GR store or bust if you live in SW Michigan.

The lady with curly hair and glasses was extremely rude. I asked for an exchange due to a quality issue. She told me “you can either find something in the store or walk out with them”. she said this in such a rude voice and was rude to her other employees. Overall awful experience, she made it absolutely miserable. I ended up walking out with the pants because she was absolutely no help at all.
