Wanted to do a quality promise exchange on a jacket that I got 3months ago. I bought multiple before and this seam was so badly done the store manager wouldn’t let me return it. Very disappointed and I went to a different lululemon store for quality promise before on the align bras and they had no problem. The quality promise says if the manufacture doesn’t do a good job or satisfy the customer they allow the exchange. This store apparently does not follow that.

I came in today to do a quality promise on a belt bag whose strap was coming apart and unraveling off of the actual bag and the employee was rude and said she could not find the product on my account despite me having my email confirmation from the company as well as having the barcode on my app account. I am extremely disappointed and wish they could have helped with a solution since the product was bought within the last three months. I highly recommend visiting a different location!

I walked in and immediately was told by educator #4060 (last 4) about how I might not be within return date, and being asked if I knew the rules to return (tags etc) before I even put the bag down. I was being judged. The tone was way off. I spend a lot of money on LL which she could see based on my profile and the fact that my return resulted in a 366 dollar refund. Anyways. Her tone was so sour. She even acted like she had to ask her manager for permission to put WMTM on a gift card for a member and when asked why she did that she said “a week ago we couldn’t” but that’s not true. I don’t live near a store and typically go to the GR location. The manager also looked at her confused as to why she even asked. Well clearly she was stereotyping. I wouldn’t come to this location again if my life depended on it. GR store or bust if you live in SW Michigan.

The lady with curly hair and glasses was extremely rude. I asked for an exchange due to a quality issue. She told me “you can either find something in the store or walk out with them”. she said this in such a rude voice and was rude to her other employees. Overall awful experience, she made it absolutely miserable. I ended up walking out with the pants because she was absolutely no help at all.

went in yesterday, the young man that was working was very nice. but the young lady with the green/yellow shirt on was incredibly rude. i’ve heard a lot of bad things from my girlfriends about this store, i wanted to try it out anyways because it’s the closest to my house, sadly I will not be coming back.

Seemed like the staff was totally out to lunch. I had a great experience with one associate who is a runner, but she wasn't available the last few times I dropped in. I felt like I was annoying the staff by being there....

My husband and I went in on Black Friday to look around for the first time. He tried some things on and decided to put some items on his Christmas list. I am plus size and do not wear a size 20. This is their highest size. The clerk asked if I would be willing to try some things on because she thought that they would fit me. Well, they did! The items that I added to my Christmas list were so comfortable! We received superb customer service. The differences between the leggings, joggers and other pants were thoroughly explained to us.I went back in this weekend, 3 weeks later, to purchase things for my husband. Another clerk recognized me and remembered what I had looked at 3 weeks ago! It was incredible. I was so impressed by this.This location has great customer service!

I have always had an extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful visit whenever I’ve come to this store. The staff are very involved and want you to leave the store happy. Highly recommend.

Today the Gal from Denver helped me out. I cant remember her name. Very nice! Spent well over 500$. No biggie but I would like to address the older female worker. Not very welcoming or even cared to help. The gal from Denver asked her a question, in front of me about sizing on a jacket. She dismissed it and the other gal was like no, I’m asking about sizing. First off I know she heard what was asked. While we both stood and looked at her. After reading other reviews is it because I’m a size 10 and not her SIZE? I’d never wanna be skinny anyhow. So don’t think I was bothered by that hahaha!
