The police had my car towed. They used this company. It was around 2-3am. I picked the car up at 6:30 am. This placed charged me $400. It was likely less than a 2 mile tow from Hagadorn Road. It would have been $80 with my AAA. Absolute robbery. Just because you CAN charge something absurd doesn’t mean you should. I live locally and will never use their services due to their lack of ethics.

Initially had a disagreement about a towing scenario, but management stepped up and treated us very fairly. We would use them for towing services again.

My car was towed there without my permission by my apartment manager. The one person working seemed way to busy. Could not give me info on who signed for towing. Rates seemed excessive ($376 for 3.2 miles and 4 hours of storage time). Fees not posted inside as required. My car was not damaged, yay

My apartment complex paid in full for my car tow when it was accidentally towed. When I went in to pick it up they told me I still owed them $150 and that the apartment complex card "only went halfway through". I called the complex who told me they paid in full showed me their receipt and had no idea what the tow company was talking about. After returning to the desk after the call the problem was suddenly fixed and I owed them nothing. This company makes money off trying to scam people. They tried to pull a fast one and steal $150 from me. Im glad i saw through it, but what an awful way to do business. Hope they get sued and shut down.
