I love Orange Theory! It is a challenging workout and it is amazing what you can accomplish in an hour. For those of you that hate doing the same thing each day, you will never get bored here. The coaches are friendly and knowledgeable as is the rest of the staff. If you are looking for a great community and physical gains, look no further!

The workout programs are great. It is a new workout everyday focusing on different things. You get a great well rounded workout, the staff at East Lansing OTF are motivating and encouraging!

OTF East Lansing is an excellent fitness studio and well worth the investment in your health. The workouts are a great combination of cardiovascular and strength training. The coaches are friendly, supportive, and helpful. The gym is also incredibly clean. I've been a member for nearly five years and am stronger and healthier because of it. People of all ages and fitness levels are welcome and supported; workouts can be modified as needed. If traditional gym memberships don't work for you, give OTF a try.

OTF East Lansing is an amazing and welcoming studio. For years I struggled to find a place where I'd feel comfortable and OTF finally did it. Coaches are constantly checking on you, making sure you're doing the exercises right. In a couple of months, I've seen more results than I expected, it's a good combination of cardio and strength. I highly recommend it

OTF East Lansing has been such an amazing experience. The staff are all nice and the coaches are amazing. It truly feels like a family away from home. If you are ever in town, definitely come check it out. You won’t regret it.

Workouts are fantastic! If there was another studio with in a 20 minute radius I would swich over in a heart beat. Management changed in 2021 and has been down hill. Regret introducing my friends and family members to the studio. We love the workouts and it’s one that we stick to but the atmosphere is not as friendly and easy going as it used be when Brooke, Dylan and Hannah were managing.

East Lansing OTF is awesome - coaches are super energetic and knowledgeable about form and technique! (Kelly, Liz, Shawn, Ben and Flex). The only workout that I’ve been able to stick with and I am seeing progress and feeling improvements in my stamina and mental health. Love the music too :)

This is my 6th month at OTF after signing up immediately after my first free class and I cannot recommend the workouts/ this location enough! I have always felt so included and supported while working out at OTF. It is an amazing workout that you never get tired of with such amazing people and coaches!

Great classes with fun staff! They are always playing upbeat music to pump you up during class. The gym itself is very clean and everyone wipes their equipment between stations. They have a couple changing rooms with showers for those who need to shower before work. I definitely recommend coming here.

Great guidance, good tempo. I personally made the faux pas of not eating before my very first workout (rookie mistake), and having not worked out for months, ended up getting too lightheaded and fatigued in the first 20 minutes. The coach supported me with liquid electrolytes and some simple carbs while I recovered. Greatly appreciate the teams support and consideration. Looking forward to completing my trial next week.
