Incredibly rude employees. Conflicting hours on Google, so I asked the lady there tonight, while standing inside!!! who's reply was well its on the door. On the sign, right beside the door. THANKS FOR BEING SO COURTEOUS. Do I need to walk outside instead?

My review is solely based on my experience with the employee Sabrina that was working at the time. The establishment itself is very well kept, spacious, and had no issues with the washing and drying equipment.
My boyfriend and I arrived around 7pm we came in and headed toward the back where the big washers and table are. Loaded in our laundry and stepped out to pick up some take out. We came back and sat down at the tables to eat, Sabrina came in the space we were in to change out the trash and wipe things down spraying solution in the air WHILE WE WERE EATING. As I mentioned this is a very spacious place I’m sure there were plenty of other things to do elsewhere while we were eating. I didn’t want to think anything of that and continued to move our wash into the dryers. While drying I had clothes hanging on two of the carts in front of dryers I was using. She then moved the cart by the trash and took and moved one of the other carts I was using to the front and left them. So I had to move them back and get another cart when I removed my clothing from the dryers. (Mind you I’m in one space there are 2-3 other guest elsewhere in the establishment in no way were my things in anyone’s way) So my boyfriend and I are starting to fold our dried laundry when she then pulls out the mop and bucket moping with a SOPPING wet mop and she is moping all around where we are standing to the point where she is pretty much moping our feet AND getting our cloth laundry baskets soaked from hitting our baskets with the mop and how wet the floor actually is. My boyfriend then asked how late they were open when she replies “um last wash is at 8” he was confused bc of how aggressively she was cleaning up around us so he was thinking maybe we were holding her up in which I mentioned last wash is at 8 they’re open until 11:30pm or until last person leaves as stated on the door at this time it’s about 7:50ish and there are still 3 other people in there as well. I reassured him what last wash meant and how it works at a laundromat bc at this point she was making us uncomfortable and unwelcome. By this time almost 8:30pm the other couples have left and we go to take out our laundry baskets to the car having to be overly careful bc the floor is puddled wet and slippery as we take our baskets out in the carts she comes out snatched the carts into the building closed and locked the doors and turned off the lights. We hadn’t even closed the tailgate to the car gotten in the car or even fully pushed the baskets into the car when she did this so my boyfriend went to the door to ask if we could make sure we grabbed all of our belongings bc we did not expect to not go back in to where I said yes it is okay because that was extremely rude we weren’t finished her response was “for doing my job?!” She was incredibly snarky didn’t even apologize or show any type of remorse for her actions and even argued with me when mentioning the things she had been doing on top of closing and locking the doors on us when we haven’t even gotten the chance to make sure we were all set. It was disrespectful and wrong. In no way shape or form were we deserving of the treatment we experienced at this establishment.

All size machines. Lots of space to fold clothes. Everyone has their own table. Always a chair available. Machines are clean, some brand new, and fast. Highly recommend this laundry.

It’s always clean, the staff has been nothing but nice to me. Sometimes washer and/or dryer’s may be broke( I mean it’s machinery)but they work as fast as they can to fix it. I love that you use a card to run the machines instead of nasty quarters. Overall I would very much recommend point laundry in East Lansing.

When our washer or dryer breaks or I have large bedding to wash, this is our go-to laundromat. It's clean, the staff is friendly, easy in and out. Free WiFi and sitting space. It's all good.

I found this place on Yelp am I sure grateful point laundry was there! I am here on business for the next 30 days and point laundry will be my weekly trip, they have a simple drop off and pick up the next day service. My clothes are cleaned and folded ready for me to wear less than 24 hours later. Thanks again Point Laundry for the excellent customer service and the clean and organized establishment you have. I have interacted with your staff and they are always exceptional!
