We were from out of town and we needed an emergency prescription filled. Adnan the pharmacist called our home pharmacy and got our prescription filled on-the-spot. He was kind and courteous and is a true asset to your corporation.

Came here for some passport photos, I stood by the booth waiting for someone to help. Instead of greeting me with a smile and saying, "How can I help you?" the lady at the checkout just stared at me, not sure as to what she should do. She spoke with another gentleman. He sauntered over and chatted with her, and after about three minutes he looked in my direction and asked if I had been helped. I wanted to say, "No, but I just like standing here for fun." He took the pictures then proceeded to serve two or three customers instead of completing my request. There was just a lack of, what can I say? It was excessively nonchalant. In customer service you ought to be warm and hurry to make people feel welcome. I understand everybody's understaffed right now because of this artificially induced labour shortage, but that's not an excuse to slack off at your job just because you're still working. Feels like customer service took a nose dive since this damn pandemic "new normal" decided to change the standards for everything.

Both my husband and I use this pharmacy. We're old, so we get a lot of meds. Staff knows us by name, always friendly, always wearing masks. Very professional. A great place for flu shots. Senior-only hours.

Prescriptions always done in timely manner and with a smile. Only complaint is that a pharmacy worker appears to be wearing an inadequate face covering. Chose not to go here for flu shots because of that.

The pharmacy staff calls you by name, always greets you with a smile (especially Holly!), and will help you with any requests for products, ideas for minor medical problems, even where toilet paper is. They are great.

Thought I could count on this location on enforcing masks, however I was wrong. I went there today and there was an older guy wearing his mask on his chin, nose and mouth full exposed. Not one employee corrected his behavior. If you are a person that is taking COVID seriously, do not go here.
