Car was still dirty after the wash, lots of swirl marks and the wheels guide rubs rims. They also leave grease type spots over the car and wheel
Area. Thought it was a Fluke the first few times but it’s an occurrence each time I’ve been there. The employees are great but the actual facility and service is consistently poor. I would not take a bicycle you care about here. Just do a self wash

Just got the $10 Base wash, best bang-for-your-buck wash I’ve ever gotten. Extremely happy with the job. Employees were nice, took their time to make sure my car was spotless.

It was my first time, and it will be my last time going here. The employees seemed to hate their jobs and, not surprisingly, their work reflected that. Every step of the process was done half-heartedly (except for the automated portion). They did such a poor job, including leaving cleaning product on my vehicle, that I will literally have to wash my vehicle for a second time elsewhere (in that sense, it was a complete waste of money and time).

Interior not clean at all. As well as my brake pedal was extremely slippery. I knew the price was to good to be true.

Don’t go here, spent $40 on the platinum service and the job was mediocre at best. The windshield was still full of streaks and bird droppings were still visible on the car. Stay clear of this business.

So I’m going to try to make this short;
Owner wanted me to pay $200 for a complete package after damaging my car with literal missing pieces. And then after I asked for a receipt they refused so I said I’m not paying without a receipt. You’ve damaged my car and there is dirt everywhere and the trunk is soaking wet, the list goes on.
He then calls the police officers on me to report that I won’t pay. Turns out the contract he had me sign he wrote the amount on after I already signed it, and the officers told him this is a civil case.
I was willing to cut my losses on the damage and pay $100, but they wouldn’t give me a receipt nor would they approve the lack of service. I wish I never came here. The officer even told me to not worry about it.
If they take me to court I will have to countersue for nearly $500+ in damages.
He had high schoolers cleaning the cars but would be the one getting the keys so it looked like a professional establishment.
Edit: there is water in my CD player, as well as on the speakers and now my car speakers are making a static banging sound and then just turn off. I have never had this happen before.

Paid $50 for interior clean, not worth $5. Many areas were untouched, what could have been cleaned with just a wet cloth, were untouched. Second time I tried them but won't give them another chance.

Used to love going here to get my cars washed but was really disappointed this last time. I even sent them a message but never heard from them. Looks like they forgot to vac out part of the car and wipe down the dash and seats. It wasn't even busy. I almost wish I didn't put a tip in the jar before the job was done.

$40 for car wash and detailing service in just 15 minutes! 🤩 They told me 30, but delivered 15 and my detailed car looks like it got a $300 value detail. I am very impressed!

The quality really has gone down hill while prices have gone up. Sad. I’ve been coming here for years and used to get a good wash. Just isn’t the case anymore.

I bought the exclusive package which includes vaccuming, waxing, cleaning the interior and exterior completely. The whole process took 10 minutes and it’s obvious they didn’t do any of those. Even the interior dusting was not completely done.

I have always been happy with my wash by Showroom Shine. For detailing work, I haven’t come across anyone who does a better job. I wish I lived closer but it’s always a treat to get a shine when I am in town. Thanks!
