The building is fantastic, but the art?One exhibit was a large concrete square, surrounded by "do not touch the art" signs. This gallery displays art of the ostentatious and pretentious type.At least the building had enough character to be in a movie. Is it necessary to be followed by security, I mean followed, as if she was in our family. I didn't see much more than student projects, what's the security for?Great building full of wasted space. I really wanted to enjoy the gallery.

I enjoy walking thru the exhibitions on it, discovering part of the history of the museum and their founders. A good place to spent time and get inspiration.

We enjoyed a wonderful afternoon in East Lansing. Multiple museums and then lunch.

beautiful exterior architecture, the current collection of art is currated to tie human bonds together rather sperate by culture. Every culture has histories of printing' portraits, scupltures.Live the creation spaces for kids, too.

Really cool looking building. Saw an art exhibit here. It was a neat expirience. If you like or appreciate art it's worth a visit.

The architecture of the building is really cool. If you are in the area it's worth a visit.

Neat building, glad it was free, super cool "relaxing" area with crafts. Maybe I'm just not an art snob but lost 3 stars because the exhibits seemed, uh, non-artistic? One was a clip of "The Sims", others were just random slideshow pictures. I dunno, wasn't really was I expected. The best part was the digest exhibit. Probably won't be back

Very disappointed with the "interactive" art room, seemed to be quite childish. Interact with what exactly? Then why was a worker following me and husband like we was gone take something?. The building is beautiful on the outside, we walked out scratching our heads. You have to see the waste of money that they got going on in this building. I'm still confused. A few pictures enclosed in a plexiglass table, didn't find the art. My expectations was smashed like a dropped watermelon on a hot summer day.

Building design is incredible. Loved the exhibits and how interactive they made it. They were preparing for a new exhibit so the there were only a few exhibits to see but it was really beautiful.Love how even the signs inside are slanted like the museum’s architecture. The exhibits were whimsical and thought provoking.

The MSU Broad Art Museum is such an asset to our region -- and it's free! The building itself is a work of art, and the exhibits are dynamic, engaging and inspiring. And don't skip the gift shop!

What an incredible space for art and interaction! Gorgeous inside and out, although that's widely debated locally. I think the building is a home run, and the exhibits are well thought out and displayed.

Free to enter. Wonderful architectural and modern building, which unfortunately may be the mist impactful art of the museum. I do not think the exhibition is too artful, too influential, or too crafty. I anticipated higher standard for a Broad Museum. Staff are nice, but seem to be bore as not so many visitors.I am thinking a 3.5 star is more appropriate.

This was my first visit. I made reservations ahead of time on the website. I easily picked an opening slot at 10 a.m. using the interactive map I located metered parking across the street with ease. I used my e-ticket at the receptionist stand, and she was so nice and even checked my coat. Now it's your turn to experience this gem of a museum ✨️
