I could not ask for A better experience mattress shopping. First, it is hard to find a store that actually has mattresses in the store. It seems like everything is online. Quality product, personal and superior customer service right down to the delivery. A mattress is a big purchase and I can honestly say it was a pleasure giving my money to this business.

I've bought two mattresses from Chris over the past 6 years and he is the absolute best! So kind and really cares about all of his customers. It's the only place I'll ever get a mattress from!

I had the opportunity to work with Nathan over the phone and with Chris in person getting a mattress and adjustable Bass to help my mother-in-law who was in a really significant pain situation. Not only were they able to help me get a great bed for her but he just kind of the price and provided same day shipping to get it to her right away. Words can't express how helpful they were in our time of need and she is in a much more comfortable situation now that she's got to bed she can rest comfortably in. Highly recommend working with them both

Made in Lansing. Really nice quality. Cheaper than a furniture store. Phenomenal buying experience. Fast delivery. If you want to work with someone who isn't a salesman and doesn't tell you the corny "you know, you spend 30% of your life in bed so you want to buy a really nice mattress" line, ask for Chris Rigg. Just a nice normal guy trying to help people out.

Mattress Source is the only bed store for us! The owner is a really cool / nice guy. He and his staff are patient, knowledgeable and not pushy in the least. My wife and I are from Jackson and have bought several beds from here over the years. We are picky shoppers when it comes to beds and we have been too just about every bed store in Jackson, Ann Arbor and Lansing. Mattress Source has by far the best beds. Made in Landing too, hard to beat!

Friendly staff, not pushy. Tried to get financed, computer said no. At least we got the chance to find out which bed we want. I'd go back there.
