My experience with Underground Printing was perfection. I am so happy to provide a review because I had planned on calling the store anyways. Isaac was phenomenal! I was ordering a custom sweatshirt and Isaac was so supportive. Even through multiple changes, he was so positive and had a "can do" attitude throughout! I would highly recommend working with Underground Printing!

We used Underground Printing for our custom shirts at Skin Boss Med Spa. Tia was so helpful during the entire process! We were able to create some amazing custom shirts that we absolutely love! Highly recommend!

This place is absolutely amazing to work with! Had some apparel designed for our 35th class reunion. We really didn't have a lot of time but they worked hard at excelling in customer service and deliver of products on time. I worked with 2 different Megan's and both did such an awesome job! Definetly on top of list for anything in the future. Thank you Underground Printing if I could give you 10 ⭐ I would.

I had never ordered from UGP before, but their online design tool was easy to use and provided a wide number of quality options. Unfortunately, when my order arrived some of the lettering was faint. I reached out to the UGP customer support person and without hesitation she offered to redo the order for me without charge. The new order arrived without any issues and I am a happy customer. I would definitely recommend UGP to anyone looking to create custom clothing. They stand behind their work.

This is an amazing company. I placed a large order for a cause that I am trying to bring awareness to. I had a few last minute people place orders after I had already submitted my order, so, I placed a couple separate orders. My representative went above and beyond by calling me and combining my orders so that I would save money and she even allowed me to change a size of a shirt. The customer service was amazing and I would definitely use this service again. The shirts turned out exactly like I wanted them and the quality of the T-shirts were amazing.

I had a great experience with UPG. We were ordering shirts for Christmas and, with the pandemic slow mail, there was a hold up in delivery. No problem, UPG rushed a new order through, (no extra charge) which arrived on time. The original shirts arrived after the holiday. Meghan was professional, helpful and made the whole event feel like we were dealing with an old friend.

For a person that isn't super familiar with ordering large quantities of apparel, they do such a good job and never made me feel like I was annoying or d**** There were a lot of issues with my order (either my fault or the manufacturer's fault) and they did a great job guiding me through that. Quality of T-shirts I ordered was great. Customization was as expected, with nice vibrant colors. I will be ordering again in the future. I tried other companies and Underground was better.

Best quality and Customer service! No one has been able to get our logo embordered correctly except for Underground Printing in East Lansing! Also, getting quotes are super easy.

We ordered button up uniform shirts with an embroidered logo and they turned out fabulously! The price was reasonable too and Underground Printing didn't have a minimum order like many other companies we found.

I needed a shirt in a hurry for a very important purpose. My son was going in for surgery and I needed a shirt made in a hurry. From the moment I called , Megan was amazing to the end of the process, the shipping was on time. I got my shirt on Friday like I was told. It only took 3 days that including designing the shirt . my son’s surgery is Monday. I could not recommend underground printing more. Thank you so much for following through. I appreciate you and you will have my business again!
