I waited for almost an hour before I got in, with only 2 cars in front of me. Once I was in, they stopped working on my car to help someone who had pulled in the front lot but didn’t say anything to me about how long I’d be waiting. Then, because they were distracted, they spilled oil all over my engine. I had to wait while they cleaned it all up. I can only hope it didn’t get into any openings. When I pulled in, I asked that they make sure to fill my tires with air, as my dashboard warning had popped on. When I was leaving, the warning was still on. I asked them to verify that they filled the tires and they said they did, but two days later the warning light was still on and I had to fill them myself. Additionally, they tried to upsell me on every product. This included telling me my wiper blades were “very worn down” even though I just got new ones a month ago. I called them out on that and they didn’t know what to say. Overall this was a terribly experience and I will actively tell people not to go here for service. I was in the bay for about 45-60 minutes. I’ve never had another oil change last more than 20 minutes.

Got an oil change here yesterday. Normally I do it myself, but I didn't have the time or tools this go-around. Decided to bring it here because my car is out of warranty with the dealership and this place allowed me to bring my own materials which was nice.Made it very clear I was in no rush and I just wanted them to take their time and go easy on my car. The tech I was talking to reassured me that they would take care of me and I have nothing to worry about.Not more than a minute later, a different tech working in the front of my car yanked the battery cover clip off with full force, sending it flying. After I asked if he just broke the clip they admitted fault. Claim they are going to buy me a new battery cover free of charge. We will see how long that takes.Everything else seems fine.Edit: Took about a week for Joshua to call me back to tell me the replacement arrived. Overall really satisfied with the remedy and the whole process. Joshua was really helpful and sympathetic; seriously appreciated. The comment below did not help - they did not respond.

Waited almost an hour for them to finish the car in front of me. Never seen anyone take so long. And then I’ve never had anyone be so pushy about getting you to buy more services. Will not ever be coming back to this location. They were at least friendly but no sympathy for how long it took.

I had been taking my car to a Toyota dealership for service while living out of state. After having a terrible experience at the Lansing’s Toyota, I went to this location for an oil change and general check up. I was very happy with the service and I feel like I could trust the staff (unlike at Toyota). I will be coming back for sure.

Very friendly and helpful. I don't take my vehicles anywhere else for oil changes. I highly recommend Valvoline!

Great customer service! These guys go out of their way to make things run smoothly. Even if there is a line, you'll get clear communication and they get people through as quickly as possible.

These guys were very thorough and organized, it's nice to see their systems are up to date. Even got a printed reminder sticker. Got MaxLife High Mileage, 08 Savana 340,000miles. It was a scorcher today 95ish, they were all smiles.

I always get fast service here. They should probably ease up on calling women "Hun" and "Sweetie" though. That always creeps me out and is a bit unprofessional.

Good job. A little slower than usual because they were training a new employee. More expensive than I would like, especially for the extra quart my car takes, but I guess you've got to pay for the convenience.

I get my oil changed here and usually have a great experience. Unfortunately that did not happen my most recent time there. Dale was rude and condescending when he spoke to me. I was uncomfortable and do not want to return.
