Cones and gate and lack of lighting from office make it difficult to know if this place is open at dusk. It was almost impossible to only pay monthly for travelers, but one worker got it figured out for me.Carwash is probably the most straightforward process and can get in and out with ease.

I get my car washed regularly in this place and Kareem is a really great guy he always helpful and ask how was the cleaning, one time he had me to re-do the cleaning because there was a tiny of dirt but this man likes everything to perfection and he often comes out to hand air freshener

Great place to detail your vehicle! After the car wash they have microfiber cloths to wipe down whatever. I use them for the dash & inside but also on the door frames & brake dust. They have a wand for compressed air & 2 different ends for the vacuum. There is even a clean bathroom available!

I was really impressed with the customer service and quality of the wash. Plus the vacuum bay was huge and cleaned really well. Appears that they also have subscription plans too. I'd definitely go back.

Nice car wash and we needed one around me. Everything is always so clean and nice. The workers are super friendly and helpful. These guys go above and beyond especially James at the Okemos location who wasn’t to busy to see how I was doing multiple times and help me with my wife’s long over detail on her White Suburban! Best car wash around by far! Thanks James!

My experience started out great as I began at the Lansing location. Customer service was on point, wash was good, and the amenities are great compared to other washes in the area.I live in Okemos so I use this location much more often. I purchased the premium monthly membership for $39.99/ month. The value is there for the most part. But I’m starting to notice inconsistencies.* They rarely use the bug spray on my windshield or front of my vehicle. I pretty much have to ask for it.* I see them using the brush to scrub, wheels, windshield, and back of vehicles but again rarely on mine. I have to ask.* Does the wash do underbody? They don’t spray it so while my truck is clean, the wheel wells remain dirty every time.* Also not confident I’m getting the premium wash that I pay for every time.It’s almost like having the membership equates to lesser effort on the consistency of the wash experience.I recommend some follow up training with the on-site manager and team as this could easily be 5 stars.

I’ve been an WhiteWater Express Car Wash Unlimited Speed Club member for about one year now. It’s the only place I take my car bc they have everything I need - wash, vacuum, spray air, towels and an occasional air freshener. The facility is clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Price is reasonable for unlimited access to all of the amenities. Good stuff!! 10.17.23Services: Vacuuming
