Just close this branch. The lobby is never open during the posted hours. Customers should not have to stop by numerous times a day to try and catch someone there. Maybe just take down the listed lobby hours sign and put in it’s place a sign that says, “when we feel like it”.

Great little post office! Important for us who live in the land of no Internet and still pay bills by writing out a check and putting it in the mail! Helps keep identity theft down when you're not on the Internet! Closed from 11:30-12:30 for lunch. Open until 3 pm

Just like FedEx, they can't follow directions. My packages are supposed to be delived to the back door, out of sight and out of the weather. Why is this so hard to understand? It literally says under my address, deliver to back door.

My problem with East Leroy Post office is that the daily delivery and pick up schedule changes drastically from day to day. Our mail gets delivered sometime between 9-am and today was after 2-pm before it came. I remember the times when (Jay, God rest his soul) our delivery man came and would be within 15 minutes plus of minus daily. If we need to get something in the mail by a certain time, we need to guess on wether or not we missed it or the mail hasn't been delivered yet. How on earth can we not have a consistant time period when our mail comes. Same route right? Also, many time than I can count, our mail has been delivered to our neighbors, or we receive our neighbors mail. Different names and addresses. We run a business, and we are skeptical on wether or not we get out important mail. Any mail that goes out that has importance, we take to Climax and have the confidence that our mail is going out to the correct location and on a timely basis. Hope this gets corrected.
