After six (6) visits to the AT&T store and after buying 2 supposedly new (?) iPhones, Mom and I never had successful service for over two billing cycles. AT&T Scammers!!! Beware!!! Poor Service & Support!!! Don't trust them for your Mobile needs!!!

Whatever Megan is making it is not enough. I have never experienced someone who has this level of patience for multiple customers and professionalism under pressure in my 39 years of life. A truly model employee, a face of what AT&T and all customer service should be. I will be a customer as long as she is in the store and I would buy whatever she is selling. Her level of knowledge on the technology and devices was unparalleled. I will be back in store more often for purchases.

Service is much improved since my last experience there. Liked the fact that I could walk in for help without making an appointment for another day or time. Taylor was very helpful and patient with us.

The new staff is fabulous. Megan and Abe are the best. I waited less than 5 minutes, even though there were several other customers. All were helped in some way. Abe was knowledgeable,, solved my problem and even helped me find some items that were on sale. Bravo to the new staff!

In the past I had had trouble getting actual service at this location. But the new manager who helped me with my last upgrade has really turned this store around!

Cody was so nice and helpful with my new phone. He is very friendly and he was so nice when I left after hours he didnt care if I stayed late he wanted to make sure I had everything on my new phone thanks again cody and keep up the good work.

The two young ladies working at the store the day we visited were very friendly and helpful. I was trying to add another line to my account and the person I was adding (my mother) lives in Georgia. She helped me through the process with patience and understanding. Definitely recommend visiting this store if you need anything from AT&T.

Cody was absolutely phenomenal in helping me pick out a new phone. His time and patience with me being a new customer makes the experience more than 5 stars. I even recommend family members to be switching over, and will be returning in the future!
