Christian is so knowledgeable about her job and can help answer any question you may have. She is so friendly and always has a smile on her face. If you are looking for a new phone I highly suggest AT&T in Tawas and Christian will make sure you are properly taken care of!!

This is not an official AT\\u0026T store. I bought a new iPhone 11 Pro there this last week while on vacation. I specifically said I needed the phone for now and was going to return it at home. Called very day and talked to Taylor L. and she never once told me I couldn’t return my phone to an AT\\u0026T store. It says at\\u0026t everywhere. I’m buying an expensive phone and the least she could do was inform me that it wasn’t an actual at\\u0026t store. I‘m not able to return it. Very disappointed that she didn’t tell me. I would t even give it one star.
