Everyone in this location is rude. I asked for a fork for nachos and you'd swear I said something offensive. Never have u ever come across such unnecessary rudeness. I even asked "did I do something to offend" you and was snapped at about asking for A fork. Who eats nachos with spoons? Just curious. Because that's the only option

If i could give zero stars I would ! Every time I go the store isn’t clean and now the slurpee machine is always down . I got a slurpee today and it tastes like dirt . Just won’t return .

This location is very unprofessional poor customer service, don't greet you. I went into the store asking the associate if he works here. First off you drop what you're doing and help the customer. I Ask where the scratch offs are at. They should be right where you can see them. The guy was rude and stink also had a hygiene problem. I end up leaving before I turn into the tasmanian devil. That is my last time going there. I went to the other location right down the street.

Placed an order on ubereats and they marked my items as shopped but did not include $15 worth of my items . I spent $44 . This is not the first time this has happened and when I called, he said “well say bye-bye to your money , it’s not our fault it’s ubereats fault” . Bt 7-Eleven shooped my items and marked them all as shopped instead of “not found” . They still got their money fr the items they did not include.

By far the worst location I've been to for awhile. The customer service is in the toilet. They NEVER greet you at the door or at the register. ALWAYS on the phone. Won't even break eye contact with it when you walk to the register. I'm big on customer service, especially when I can drive a mile or two to get to the next location with all the same stuff in it. I will not be spending anymore if my money at this particular location. This is chance number 3 and they've failed each time.

This 711 is trash. All I wanted to do was add money to my cash app. I had a couple of rolls of nickels that was included with other bills to be added. The rolls were in clear plastic bags to show it was two dollars and all legit nickels. He continued to yell at me and told me to go roll them right in bank paper rolls. I told him I don't have any and that banks take these its not that serious. He said go to a bank. Just plain rude.

I wish I could give this location zero stars the staff leave this store nasty floor always dirty under the grill is very visible never clean or wipe dwn store always dirty the slurpee machine the flavor don’t match the labels all mixed up Mountain Dew is Pepsi cherry mystery favor flavor all mixed around

The service is terrible in the afternoon. Clerk doesn't load cards or play the lottery. He totally ignored me when I asked him a question ! They need to train the clerks ( some are nice on morning shift).
