They arrived on time, you could tell they had a long hot day. Still they were very courteous and professional. They brought the stove in, set it in place, leveled it, checked to make sure it worked. “I can not say enough about my experience with Tommy, the store manager at the Roseville location. Tommy went above and beyond to find the recliner that I had been trying to secure. After it not being in stock at the first store I went to I decided to call another store. He also said it was it was not in stock. I asked if I was waiting for something that was discontinued. He said a a a yeah it’s discontinued. Not feeling that I was getting the correct info I called the Manufacturer. I was told that it was not discontinued and they were in stock. That’s when I called Roseville. Luckily Tommy answered. He said it was showing they had one which meant it was on the floor. He knew it wasn’t on the floor and asked if he could call me back. In no time he called back and said he had one in the box. What followed were calls to me with confirmation about delivery and he wasn’t satisfied with the delivery date and managed to move it up a day. Over the course of 55 years I have bought numerous appliances, mattresses and furniture from many stores. Never did I receive such fantastic customer service. I highly recommend Tommy and the Roseville store. (Delivery men Chris and partner were great too!) Thank you Tommy! You are the best!”
“Buy used! So much more economical!! Needed to replace my 20-year old fridge, which died. Jennifer was wonderful to work with, suggesting models that fit the description we wanted. Worked with our budget, meeting all our needs. Quick delivery (2 days). We have a fridge that we hope will last us years like the other one. I will say that in all of the fridges we looked at, they were all good models! Even had some new ones for sale that were scratch & dent. The store was full but clean and orderly. Highly recommend!”

“I ordered a Wheel barrow that on line not once but twice it said it would be delivered. I called the manager told her what happened she apologized and said there were no more left at that price. She new I was upset as I waited for it to be shipped for 2 different days so asked if she could put me on hold for a few. This manager went ABOVE and BEYOND as there were no more left at that price she got me a wheel barrel delivered the next day and made it right, I would go to this Home Depot any time. I know there is a great women running this Location and I know they short staffed she makes it work. Thank for all you did for my Benefit to be GREAT”
