Had a major issue that I could handle over the phone. So I went into the store ready to go from 0-100. Candie came up and spoke with the warmest smile “hey there welcome to AT&T how can I help you?” Explained to her why I came in and instantly she grabbed her gadget and began. She was so very helpful and knowledgeable, explained every detail, answered everything I asked and kept me calm. She got my account TOGETHER for me.
