Came up to Goodyear for a bolt stuck in my License plate and they were busy at the time so Justin said I can come first thing in the morning. When I got here in the morning him and Martin helped me out they didn't have an attitude gave me some knowledge and made my day go better before work.

So this is my fifth visit back at this shop after thinking that the work was complete. Only to get the run around as a female being told multiple things are wrong with my car when all I need was breaks. At this point, these are scammers. Ladies don’t visit this place.

Had a quick and wonderful experience at Goodyear this morning. Stop in because tie monitor light was on. Justin provided friendly service as he check me in. Within minutes I was ready to go. Tires checked and filled with air. The best part no charge. Thank you to the staff and Justin!!

I'm just finding out that these people deceived my daughter and I. My daughter's tire was having issues. Once they checked the tire out, they said that she needed a patch. Paid for a patch and fast forward 2 months later today, they lied! Come to find out, they never put a patch on the tire at all. They couldn't find a hole so instead of telling us the truth, they charged for a patch that was never put on! They are dishonest and some theives. I will never trust them to touch my vehicle. Wish there was a way to not put any stars.
