Piss Poor!!!! I went into the store on Tuesday to have my car evaluated by a rep to show me why my Engine light came on. I spoke to an older black gentleman w/ salt and pepper hair. I asked if he could check my car for me, he proceeded to tell me "The engine light has to be on!!" I told him it came on Sunday night and that it was flashing and it went off. So it may be malfunctioning. He stated again, "The light has to be on." I told him the situation with my car, he still disregarded me and proceeded to tell me "Just put some of this in your gas tank, this helps with that particular issues." He was pointing to the this fuel injector cleaner on the counter which is 2/$10. I just looked at him. I was utterly disgusted and went to another location who told me my car read "Engine Misfire". Later that day I found out my coils and spark plugs were bad and needed to be replaced. All I needed was a simple evaluation from their diagnosis machines, maybe he was too lazy to comply or just enjoys gaslighting females with bad information because they have no idea what to do. I promise you I will not ever return to that location as long as that poor service remains.

Mr Dukes helped me put in my front light on my car. I am grateful for his help because I went to the Roseville store first purchased the bulbs and Karl replaced the back light but sent me on my way, instead of fixing front light. I want to give a huge shout out to Mr. Duke he went above and beyond and gave great customer service.

Paul was so very helpful. He was a gentlemen and came outside and helped me replace my license as well assisted me with a possible mechanical issue. He was very accommodating and great with suggestive selling . He took his time with me and he was very kind. Paul deserves a raise .

Michelle at autozone on Gratiot in eastpointe store #2125, was wonderful, Michelle and one of the other guys help me out made me feel like I was important, I will always do business with this store. Thank You, ? Now the Autozone in Hamtramck is horrible the customer service there are rude and nasty and they do not help at all!!!!! The young lady that was working on January 18th should not have a job in customer service because her attitude were horrible, and I would never ever do business at that AutoZone in Hamtramck!!!! ? she sold me the wrong windshield wipers. Plus she was talking to me like I was an idiot and a child, never in my life I felt so disrespect The gentleman put on the windshield blaze and had a hard time doing it, now I know why They was the wrong size. The windshield wipers came off as I was driving ?, I told Michelle what happened to me and she apologized and took really good care of me and my needs.

I called this store a couple of times in same day only to receive exemplary service from Paul and Arnesto I think were their names. During my actual visit, Paul carried my parts to my car. Thanks a lot gentleman!

Mr. Dukes was an awesome help. I had questions regarding my Nissan Truck and he took his time to assist me and did an install for me. Great customer service and I highly recommend this location.

I went into the gratiot Eastpointe location off eight mile. I was helped by Paul great customer service, he had me in and out the store with my part and information on installing. Great guy

I came into your store today and Mr Dukes Help me with a blown headlight and getting the proper oil to change in my vehicle. He gave excellent service, and I just want to say he is an asset to your business.

Lee got me all the way together in the snow at that. We was having trouble getting my headlight out to change it. He stayed persistent and got it to come out and changed it at that. He didn't have any attitude or was upset because when I say we was out there about a good 20mins in the cold while snowing I just knew he was going just say forget it and that he couldn't help me, but he didn't and I'm sooo grateful for his services..

From Tamika's great customer service over the phone to Paul & Ernesto's great customer service in person at the store, these 3 are blessings to the public. They all go above & beyond & their customer service is nothing short of AMAZING! They were knowledgeable, attentive, & very patient. I came in for a battery replacement & a diagnostic. Paul & Ernesto were efficient, quick, and worked as a team to make sure the service I received was superb. I was in and out in less than 30 mins. As long as they're there, this Auto Zone will be my go to store from now on.

I needed my battery put in today and paul didn’t Hesitate to do it for me and before I left the lot he swiped someone’s wiper blades and started on someone else’s battery. Paul gets 5 stars from me.
