Couldn’t find a place east of 8Mile that was known to repair my computer. However, after examining my computer, he found that there was a few issues and gave me an option of rebuild or purchase a new one well I purchased a new one very well satisfied with what I purchased at a very reasonable price, K.Miller owner, Did his name very well satisfied again? Definitely bring your computer here!!!!!!Brought my laptop in because it wouldn’t turn on, motherboard was fried and they figured it out within a day, then they found me a perfect laptop to replace mine and at a very good price, they were also patient with me when I called the store after they closed thinking I left a hard drive there, the woman on the phone was very kind and helped reach out to the technician who contacted me, after he’d already been off work btw, to reassure me and help remind me that the hard drive doesn’t sit in it its screwed to the bottom case when you open it. I’m sorry everyone!! I wish I would’ve asked for names because everyone is very kind and knowledgeable, not to mention very good with people like me that don’t take the time to look before freaking out lol1000/10 would recommend!

I was extremely satisfied with the quality of work and services provided by BBT. Not only did they do what I asked and paid for, but they took it a step further and did more to ensure my computer operated fully, functionally and better than it has in some time. I bought a computer from BBT and the service was impeccable. I was met with a handshake and a smile. The employees and ownership are all well versed in the products they have and whenever I have called they have been more than willing to answer questions and take care of my concerns. Pricing is fair and comes with their wonderful service which is priceless. I would highly recommend using BBT for all of your computer needs.

Told them I was coming to pick up my laptop after the price of repair was too much for me and they said okay. I have been standing outside the door for about 40 mins now calling them and nothing. The guy called and said he will be here in 5 mins but still isn’t here. Seems very scammy to me. Don’t bring your laptop here
