My first time here, the building does resemble an apartment building, so I was confused pulling in. But the credit union looks to be in a decent neighborhood, the parking lot was clean, plenty of parking on the side and in the back. It does have a handicap ramp and drive-thru banking and drive-thru atm. I arrived at 1:20 pm on a Friday, there was only one customer besides myself. The teller was super friendly ( I Love that, Thank You So Much Jenny!! ) and totally went out of her way to handle my request! They also have free coffee with yummy creamer as a "thank you for your business"!Thank you Community Choice, 5 STARS to you!! I will definitely be back to this location!!

We came in to open an account today at the Eastpointe Branch. Our representative, Kenneth Thomas was personable, professional, and informative. All of our questions were answered and then some. I highly recommend this business.
