If I could give a 0 I would. I went to cricket to switch my SIM card from one phone to another, usually I could do this by myself but the new phone I was trying to put the SIM card into was locked and I didn't understand. When I arrived most of the lights were off and it looked like the store was closed but when I open the door a lady popped up from behind the counter like she had been hiding. I walked up and told her my problem, she informed me I needed a new SIM card and it would be $10.95. I paid the amount and waited for her to finish helping me. Apparently she wasn't paying attention and attached the new SIM card to my sisters phone instead of mine, making her have to call her manager (Mayo) to help her. Unfortunately he wasn't much help. After she finished the mistake she made with my sister she then tried to put a new SIM in my new phone. Once she did that she realized the iPhone was locked and then told me I had to go get it unlocked...me being confused I explained to her "well that's what Im here for... I'm trying to switch my phone but the SIM hasn't been working" which then made me ask " What did I pay $10.95 for if I don't need a new SIM and you haven't helped me at all" at this point she gets frustrated because she didn't know what she was doing and began to yell at me saying " I DONT KNOW, I dont know what to do" I tried to calm her down by letting her know I wasn't mad at her I just wanted to know what the $10.95 was for If I was still in the same position I was in when I arrived. she still couldn't answer my question so I let her know I would need my $10.95 back. She told me it was non-refundable and I could wait all night if I wanted it back because I was not going to get it. I then started to get mad and raise my voice asking her to call her manager again ( I'm not a Karen I promise ) my boyfriend who was with me was also mad and started to spark a heated conversation to which made her cuss at us, with no reason to really to do so, seeing as we were just upset we spent $10.95 for no reason. She ended up giving me cash out of the register after I told her I didn't have Apple Pay and I left as she cussed at me as I left. When I got home I was only given $10.35. I wasn't paying attention to the amount when I left because I was so upset I wasn't helped and then had to go fix my sisters phone for a mistake SHE made.

Customer service sucks! Rude and they say one thing and do another! My cell was off for a day! Due to updates being installed only they never notified me I may not be able to use my phone! I was on autopay!! Sand promised a credit by a female rep!! When I saw nothing I called and got a rude male rep whom said since I only paid a certain amount? $1 credit was good enough! So, I CANCELED THEM , hot a new carrier.

The Salesman was very NICE, COURTEOUS and PATIENT! I LOVE MY CRICKET SERVICE THE ONLY ISSUE I HAVE WITH CRICKET THEY DON'T OFFER A GRACE PERIOD. I HAD EMERGENCY SURGERY AND COULDN'T PAY MY BILL ON THE DUE DATE AND IT WAS NOTHING THEY WOULD DO TO ACCOMMODATE ME FOR TWO DAYS!!???

Was just getting gas and had a few extra minutes so I walked into this Cricket because I'd heard people talking about how great their service was. Didn't plan on switching but how could I say no to half the price than I'm paying with Sprint and I'm never happy with the service... I'm all 5 bars all over Detroit now! I love Cricket

This cricket store has the worst possible customer help possible I paid my bill here and my phone was shut off then I returned to the store and couldn't get any help with my receipt in hand.. Then I called the corporate office and in two days I spent 3 hours on the phone now I'm back at the store for the forth time as far as I see it this is unarmed robbery and harassment I have never had such problems in my life so I advise anyone with cricket service to switch it... I had to miss work today and cancel my son's doctors appointment to try to fix this I'm not understanding what causes such incompatince and stupidity is r his what cricket has to offer WOW!!!
