So I was just up at this pharmacy. I pull up to the drive-through window. I see 3 to 4 different employees walking around after a minute of not being acknowledged. I press the button and then once again was ignored for another minute or two so then I press the button once again and then honk the horn. Finally, someone came over The phone rudely and said that they would be with me shortly. And then an African-American male that was standing behind the counter wanted to rudely continue staring at me, making face remarks and laughing due to the irritation that I was ignored and not acknowledged and then he wanted Trying either threaten or intimidated me told me that he gets off at 9 o’clock I can meet him outside. Don’t know what kind of service or customer service or just business in general. You guys are running here. I’ve never known a business to allow one of their employees to intimidate and try to threaten a customer I will be following up with corporate. Everything was also recorded on a dash

So tired of this CVS no matter what time of day or day it's always crowded with one person at the register for prescriptions and it's unfair all these people behind the counter like they are busy.

Been coming here for years. The staff in the pharmacy is usually great however the line at the drive thru has to be consistently one of the worst I’ve seen. I do my best to go in the mornings because afternoons and evenings, you can forget about it.

I’ve been coming to this cvs since it was on 9 mile where the enterprise car rental is now. Still great service not too many complaints besides it’s usually busy, but it’s a pharmacy so that’s ok! My experience has been the same great and always greeted with smiles!

Over the counter products can be purchased with money on the Ucard .. I lost money (expired because the cashier would not manually apply the credit) ..
The attitude is awful someone ahead of me .. I line also lost money (expired .. last day to use)
CVS in certain area codes are AWFUL..

OMG front of store clerks lady the worst . Never greeted, never acknowledged me. The only person in line she just looked at me while talking to other employee. I put mt items on counter never said a word to me except do you have a phone number! Rung up my item put it in a bag and that was it. Worst service ever. The pharmacy department is totally the opposite they greet you smile ask if you have any questions need anything else want cash back. Did you find everything ok excellent customer service pharmacist over and behond helpful. There are too many options we do not have to shop CVS. Someone cooperate should shop that store and better train or hire better cashiers or we will go to Sam's Club or Costco. Horrible customer service UGH!

Worst cvs ever the old lady with red slammed the pharmacy window in my face saying they’re on break after me said hello ..when she literally told me to come back at 1????? Like huh ? Then I go in a hour later I had 4 scripts for my kid noticed I only got 3 when I got home my Doctor called to question the pharmacy about it they said we weren’t covered for one .. would it hurt to just tell me that when I was there instead of just skipping over that ?? I would’ve brought something over the counter while I was there ! Unnecessary trips ! They act like they hate their jobs !

I just tried to visit the store, which is listed to be open to 11pm. It was 10:05pm and the doors are locked with cars sitting outside. Unprofessional and poor way to conduct business. Do better
