“Dale and his sons deserve 10,000+ stars. My Samsung plasma was acting crazy, it would turn itself on/off. Before I called someone to do an exorcism, I called Dale first. I found him by his awesome Google ratings. Dale and his son came to my home and picked up the television and brought back to his home to make the necessary repairs. Since it was an older plasma television, he did tell me that the part they sent him was incorrect and he had to order another part. So the repair took about a week or two longer. When the television was returned to my home by his other two sons, they made sure everything was functioning perfectly for me and they even reconnected my Roku, DVD and antenna back up for me. His prices are very reasonable and they are very down to earth, honest to good people. Highly recommend to friends and family.”
