“This is my first google review. The reason it is being written is because Marco is the man! He was successfully able to fix a water damaged phone stuck in a boot loop by troubleshooting and actually caring. He was honest about the expectations, upfront about the cost ,and he offered options. It was cheaper than a big chain or corporate stores like the ones you'd find in a mall that fix phones.”

“I got one of those cheap free phones. It cracked and didn't feel like replacing it myself. He fixed it for cheaper than the going rate. Highly recommend!”

“Where price meets quality. IPhone 16 Pro - truck completely bent the frame ( LITERALLY crushed it like a fortune cookie) , crushed the glass, ruin the controls and destroyed the speaker. !! Dropped it off on Friday....They FINISHED it IN TWO DAYS. The best part, they answered me anytime I had a question, walked me through the payment, and my phone looks like I just picked it up brand new from the Apple store. These guys are good but they're also very fast. Can't ask more from someone who fixes something you use every day, thanks guys!”

“My Yamaha Motif ES8 was in need of repair and I did not have a clue as to what was wrong. I bought it new in 2005 and it’s been my favorite keyboard. Chris at Elevtrinic Innovations brought her back to full capabilities with a honest and forthright evaluation. I’d give his service 6 stars if I could . Value added service with quick turnaround and affordable price . Thank you Chris”

“I had major stick drift on my Limited Edition controller (God of War) so I paid the $60 for magnetic sticks (regular repair is $50). Beats buying a new control for $70+. This controller is my favorite, I couldn't just replace this. Works great like it came straight out of the box!”

“Very happy with their service. They went out of their way and above and beyond what I would expect. They picked up my Sony XBR 900 F and diagnosed it for no charge. Their pricing was incredibly fair and they got me back up and running and even brought the TV back and help set it back up again. I couldn’t recommend them more strongly.”

“Thank goodness Pro Audio & Lighting is still around! I needed an adapter for a last-minute gig, and Amazon couldn’t deliver it in time. I stopped at Guitar Center, but of course, they didn’t carry the common adapter I needed. Pro Audio & Lighting was conveniently on the way to my event, so I stopped in—and sure enough, they had exactly what I was looking for. They saved the day and helped keep my event on track. It’s great to still have a reliable local store you can count on!”
