“My fiancé and I came here and I cannot say enough good things. We were coming from a major carrier and needed service for 2 phones. We thought that we were going to have buy new phones and go through the process of downloading all of our apps and trying to remember all the logins etc.
Well Jason, Paul's younger brother was absolutely AMAZING He found that our current phones were unlocked and that all he had to do was get us new SIM cards and set up the new phone numbers!!! If that wasn't enough he was able to get us into a deal monthly for the 2 lines that blew me away!
Both my fiancé are so grateful to you Jason for you going above the norm if customer service.
I am going back to get my internet through them as I know that I will get great service through them.”

“I went in to this T-Mobile hanging on to my iPhone 11 for dear life. It finally gave out on me and I was very adamant that I would keep an iPhone 11. I worked with Tamyra and she not only got me to get an upgrade, she also upgraded another line on my plan AND lowered my bill. Now what I failed to mention was that I was in and out of the store multiple times and not once did Tamyra seem irritated with my indecision. She was patient, kind and worked with me to get me the best deal. She was also working with other customers/sales reps simultaneously and I never felt neglected. She is excellent at her job and I applaud her work ethic. Since I was there pretty much all day, I’d avoid going between 11:30-1:00 and after 5:30 if you don’t want to wait. But I’m very happy with my experience with Tamyra. Thank you!!”

“Went into store to bring my proof I needed as instructed from when I filled out online I came with two other friends who were also interested in renting the young man that was there had good customer service he went to go get his manager girl with glasses very weird with horrible customer service I explained to her why I was there and she wouldn't look at me while I was talking or when she was talking to me then proceeded to say very rudely well the person who do that is gone for the day and it aint nothing but $100 you can come back or whatever thats not how you conduct business with potential customers makes me not want to rent anything from here and tell my friends not to as well.

Update : i recently gave them another try and the customer service was exceptional this time i updated my stars hand ?? clap to the delivery drivers and in store staff i appreciate the turn around it makes a big difference thank you”

“Every 7-Eleven of course looks the same because of corporate. But for some reason I believe this 7-Eleven is a little special for me. Ever since I discovered that program called the 7-Eleven Rewards was out you do get amazing coupons from there every 7 Slurpee is free, my son goes to school locally around here so about 4 times a year they forward a coloring page to his school and he can get a free slurpee when he completes his coloring. And they even put it on the Windows there. This place is located perfectly in my location. When you download the app they have I enjoyed the Deadpool games. You don't even have to load the coupons to your reward card it automatically applies then so those 313 energy drinks are buy one get one free along with a variety of other food snacks drinks and more. The employees working here are very nice I remember I forgot my money in the car one time and somehow he was able to take the customer behind me and start ringing me up next not having to go back and rescan anyting so I didn't hold up the line. Also gas prices are pretty reasonable. One problem with 7-Eleven that I don't seem to have here is that they always seem to keep the coffee area in the Slurpee area clean even when all the kids get out of school around 3:30 and there's a huge line just to fill up your small little sore because there's usually a huge mess all around those machines but not here. Suck it your 7-Eleven rewards download it to your phone be sure to do your Yelp check-in and enjoy your quick stop and fill up on gas here.”

“Usually clean unless it's busy and individuals that act like animals leave it that way. The selection is well and based on the surrounding residence and businesses. Prices are a little much, as all 7 elevens are. Employees tend to be friendly.”
