NEGATIVE STARS. My boyfriend was going to do a cross state rent a car to move, and he called to confirm everything was a good a week in advance. They told him there was a problem and he missed his date. He was put on hold for an hour and then they hung up. He called and asked to speak to someone else they transferred him to the customer service call center and they were just wrong before and sent a new confirmation email. Everything was set for him to leave there and move. He got a call two days before his trip and they THEN Told him they don't do out of state check ins and don't rent cars cross state at the VERY LAST MINUTE. did not offer any alternatives or anything. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid at all costs.
Edit: called them and they could not offer any alternatives, said they would connect me to a different location but just hung up. No travel vouchers, no alternatives, said they haven't been doing one ways for a month but their site still lets them book for one ways. Don't use them.

There are not enough staff working there, and they overcharged me for my rental. My receipt says one thing, and the guy charged me another two hundred and something else.

They gave me a car with damage on it and it had transmission issues and dirty then they kept trying to raise the price on me then they gave me the run around then after a car accident offered me a small car so I kindly grabbed my things and went to the AIRPORT which was a disaster but they actually HANDLED my situation the money hungry and the empty promises are absolutely ridiculous I don’t think I will ever be back to this location the poor performance is just unbelievable and tacky they gave me a car that put my family in Jeopardy

I absolutely love the eastpointe location! They have never done me wrong! I’ve had issues with booking a reservation at another location and nothing but problems every time when picking up. Eastpointe is my go to location! Bryce and Melinda and everyone there are absolutely amazing

I am extremely disappointed in my recent Enterprise experience! While in a rental, I was in a hit and run. My insurance and Enterprise have all told me different things about the process. The assistant manger at the branch and the regional manger both told me two completely different things. I called corporate twice due to the miscommunication I am receiving from the branch & they have informed me something completely different than the mangers. All this unnecessary confusion has been extremely frustrating. I will not rent from Enterprise ever again. Even with my initial reservation there were issues. I definitely will make sure to avoid Enterprise in general in the future.

From beginning to end my experience was good my two representatives were great unfortunately I can't remember the young man's name and the young lady's name hopefully you can see it on my paperwork and thank them for a great job

Nowadays, service with a smile is rare. However, at the Eastpointe location I received service with a smile upon renting the van and returning it. The CSRs were very kind and helpful. I wish I could remember their names because they deserve to be acknowledged by name.

The car i rented was disgusting. IT smelled of smoke. The exterior was filthy. The employee was friendly and helpful.
