Went and got an estimate was told one price after I gave them my deposit they called me back to tell me that the price has changed I thought that that was very unprofessional they didn’t even offer me any type of discount or solution they just told me to come get my money back I have been bringing my vehicle to these people for the last 10 years to get fixed so I was highly disappointed.

I purchased a vehicle that needed body work done on the entire passenger side. I had several quotes and went with George’s based on a recommendation from another small business, their reviews, and the price was very reasonable.
They finished the vehicle early and did a great job with the repairs as well as the paint job (and blending it in with the current paint). Looks like new!

I took my vehicle in to George’s Collision because I damaged my passenger mirror backing out of my garage. George’s was recommended by another shop down the road. The damage based upon estimates was $970 best case scenario and $1,198.75 worst case. I did not want to use insurance and have my rate increase. When I took my vehicle to George’s I was praying his rates were lower. Mr. George was kind and knowledgeable and took a look at my damage and stated he could repair it for around $50 to $100 but I would have to leave my vehicle for about 2-hours. The next day I dropped off my vehicle and 1-hour later my mirror had been repaired for only $50. I was so relieved I wanted to cry. I tried to tip Mr. George and he would not accept it. So, I am leaving this review because I sincerely appreciate his honesty, kindness, and the work he completed on my vehicle. As a woman, it’s hard to find a shop that will not take advantage. Mr. George did not take advantage, he just found a better way to repair my vehicle that was cost effective $50 vs $1,000. To anyone looking for good quality repair work at a fair price, please visit George’s Collision on 9-mile Rd in Eastpointe. I am rating this shop a million stars!! Thank you so much Mr. George!! They are customer centered, they will take care of you and your car. As well, they're one of the few auto shops open on Saturdays, which is exactly what I needed.
My car got fixed on the original estimated time, I received sms updates about my car fix status once every couple days. Once fixed, my car looked good, almost like nothing happened to it. I found a tiny detail that was missed, but George was happy to work on it with no problems.
I highly recommend and would come back if needed.

I smooshed my front end drifting into the back of a pickup at a stoplight one day as it started to snow and my brakes had zero traction and I braked too late. So dumb. I didn't want to raise my premium and it was totally my fault and I thought it was relatively minor(I could still drive it), so didn't want to use insurance-- but 2 other places would only give an estimate for restoring to pre-accident condition that came out to 3x cost I was expecting! George's was the only place of 4 I got estimates that could immediately produce an estimate of a third of that cost by leaving out non-essentials to just make it safe (I don't care what it looks like!) they got it done a day early and were completely courteous, matter of fact, explained things clearly, answered all my questions, very pleasant to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to go back!

I took my Mercedes in due to damage of the from bumper, and emblem which lights up. Chris did such a great job on my vehicle. He and his dad George were professional, kind, humble and they do great work. George even took me down to the rental car place and was willing to pick me up after returning the rental vehicle. I dropped my car off Monday and was told it should be done by Friday, and Friday it was. They did the work super fast on my car and didn't try to hike up the price like many do when dealing with foreign cars. They even refused the tip I offered. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I can tell they will stand by their work and seem like they would be quick to fix any issues so that the customer is 100 percent satisfied. Glad I was referred to them.
