“Consistent and quality nautically themed gifts.The owner has been a staple of the Nautical Mile for decades. She’s had the shop, in another location before this one, for over 45 years. Fun fact, she helped coin the label Nautical Mile. She is quick to answer questions about the area, suggestions for meals and info about the Nautical Mile.The items for sale are of high quality and all Great Lakes themed. This is the spot for the annually release Know Your Ships reference book. They have quality apparel, silk ties, cuff links in addition to the many home gift options.The store is a must stop for the all your Great Lakes gifts, many locally made. A true gem in the area.”
“I've actually never set foot inside this gift shop, but it will be the first place I visit if I'm ever in the area. I live in CT and ordered a bag online from Small Favors. They shipped the bag the next morning but it got lost in shipping. Betsy was wonderful and went down to the post office to check on my shipment. When there was still no sign of the bag, she shipped another one out that arrived in just a couple days! Betsy stayed in touch with me throughout and made sure my gift arrived before Christmas! I can't recommend Small Favors enough. If their customer service is any indication of what kind of store it is, it's worth a stop!”

I have left two messages and I did not get a return call. This is a store with one of a kind gifts. I hope the family is healthy and the store will open with steady hours. “Last Saturday, I had a frustrating experience trying to order from Edible Arrangements. Multiple calls to their Plymouth and Berkley locations went unanswered. However, the Warren location at 12 mile was a pleasant surprise; they provided excellent customer service by promptly answering the phone and assisting me with my order.”
“If I could give 10 stars I would. The manager and staff were so empathetic and thoughtful with the arrangement I needed to coordinate out of state for a loved one’s service. When the delivery person didn’t find our family member at home they went above and beyond and arranged to deliver to the church. So outstanding and I’m so very grateful ❤️”
“Hey Monarch Club, I visited last night. Reservation's were for 5pm. I don't want to be over critical but the weak spot were the drinks. Pricy and small is my biggest observation. They tasted great but I ordered an Old Fashioned and it had regular ice cubes. I expected a single large cube. Wife's gin drink arrived in a tiny glass. Smaller than expected. The other couple we were with ordered a bottle of wine. They had to send someone to retrieve it from the cellar which took must longer than it should of. All minor items it what was an enjoyable evening. Complains aside, I loved the location! The ambiance was great and I'm sure in the warmer months the place is packed. It was warm and inviting with great views of the city. Joe our server was very good. Food arrived quickly and was tasty. I will be going back!!”
