I'm visiting home (michigan)and I'm in the airport this Angel appears out of nowhere and says your hair is so pretty are thoes locs, I say yes and thank you. Little did she know I was having a very challenging day with my flight and my hair, I was in need of a reti and my loctention was on sick leave, so as I'm walking we see each other again and she said hey can I give you a card I say I don't live here but sure. A day later I gave her a call and Nicole was not only able to get me in but she was able to get in me very early so I wouldn't miss any of the events with my family and when I say I love my hair OMG I love my hair. All that just to say Thank you again Nicole you are an amazing human being and bomb ass loctention !!!

I was super excited to find a natural stylist near my house. Diamond did a good job but my last 2 appointments she was super late. The first time I was very understanding because we're human and things happen. She also did my hair for free because she was late. Now today she is late again. My appointment was at 8:30 and here it is 9:49 and I still haven't received a call, or text. I'm so annoyed
