I was at this place last night and the girl with the braids and guy were so rude and dismissive! I know I came in 40 mins before closing but I knew exactly what I was getting and the color I wanted! I caught the guy talking to the young lady about me because I’m not a “shoe head” (I was shopping for my daughter) and it seems like they didn’t want to sell me any shoes definitely lost a $200+ customer and then kept telling me each high top shoe was the last! Did not make any other suggestions as I was trying to ask questions on what I could do instead of an air Jordan… I asked the young lady what shoe did they have in a 7.5 that was high top she told me “she doesn’t know and I have to pick up a shoe for her to tell me” the guy was the worst of them both! Watch who your talking to and how I act! You never know who you might need!

Customer service at this location is TERRIBLE. I never go to this location again nor do I recommend anyone else go. They are very rude!

Called in to see if they had a jacket I saw on the Snipes app, they did so she sat it aside & 15mins later I was at the store, ready for me to pick it, so I was in and out ?

Will not be going here again. You have to fine the people to get help and there wasn't a lot of customers in the store. And when you find the help they act like they don't want to help you like you bothering them or they just standing around somewhere staring at you
