So today I went to this nail shop due to my negligence and didn’t book an appointment with the nail tech I really wanted! I walked in and immediately noticed, like the last visit which was over a year ago, they didn’t have a price list posted on the wall like any other nail shop I’ve visited.
A Black Woman got her nails done with very little designs from what I could see and a pedicure. I noticed NO DESIGNS on her toes, just polish! She went to the counter to pay and was given a $155 total 😮 The lady immediately asked why so much in a shocked but calm voice! She was told “that’s what you got!” The lady said $155 for a pedicure and a fill in. I paid 140 for a full set and pedicure the last time I was here. What’s changed in a few weeks? You guys tried to get down on me another time I was here. And why don’t you guys have a price menu posted?” None of the nail techs bothered to answer any of her valid questions, but kept demanding money! The woman said she would pay 140 like she paid the last time she came in for a full set and pedicure but not 155 because she only got a full in and pedicure. Two men wrestled her away from the door and then locked it. They continued to go back over the amount with several other techs chiming in in their language (Mandrin, I believe). One tech went back to his station to get a nail clipper to take her nails off. He was angry and she told him not to touch her. All the techs are pretty much shouting at this point and the lady called the police.
After about a 10 minute argument and slight scuffle, a female tech agreed to accept the 140. MY complaint is how the nail techs carried on in their language as if they didn’t have remaining customers! The female tech even taunted at the woman about the police coming and laughed and they didn’t even pull up, they rode pass! The lady ended up paying the 140, announced she would never come back, left out and pulled up in front of their window and honked her car horn, in a drop top Bentley! She explained to them that it’s not The money, it’s the way they keep raising prices without notice to the customer until after service has been rendered!
Because I had a similar incident with them I kept asking my tech “how much” because of a previous experience and he only gave me an estimate after he started laying acrylic! I’ll never go back because the way they handled this situation was so wrong and the carrying on afterwards in front of other customers was disgusting and in poor taste.

I just left from getting my feet did and they had a man give me a pedicure and the man was watching tv I had to ask him to be gentle then he rush through my feet and then wanted me to pay 50 dollars. Poor Service

I won’t not recommend at all. I will not be returning. I was “forced” to pay $40 to get my 8 year old nails done for her birthday. I requested polish on her nails and feet. After being denied multiple times and then being told “I got you” she was given shellac instead. I tipped but I will not be back. That is not how business is conducted. I feel conned.

I went this past Thursday... mind you, this is my 2nd time at the establishment....for a fill in &pedi. Toes were done properly by Tula...then nails done by TINA. After my event came home to wash dishes. After this I noticed nail polish on all 4 fingers on left side lifted. Went back in Friday for repair. The older man next to Tina#6 did repair. He told me to sit in a different chair cause the one I was sitting in was for CUSTOMERS!! REALLY. I AM.A. CUSTOMER!!! SUFFICE TO SAY GOT IN SHOWER THIS MORNING. POLISH HAS RE LIFTED and on mother's day. I will never return. There is nothing done here professionally. They don't care. The fo the least. I REFUSE TO RETURN. THEY WON'T GET MY MONEY
Absolutely reprehensible!!!! If I could give a ZERO..... YALL WOULD HAVE IT.
Requested style: Tina and company are the worst they treat you like you're not a customer of you need repair and it's there fault. In others words repairs don't equal money when it's their fault.

There acrylic doesn’t last long at all I can’t get through a week without it coming up, but the lady that works in the front who does eye brows is great

I absolutely love it here! This is my first time coming here but the service is immaculate and speedy! #8 did my nails and toes and she absolutely rocks!!! She made my vision come to life! I will definitely be back and I highly recommend!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Got my nails done Sunday a basic short square acrylic set wit shellac polish. Lady doing my nails rushed and 3 DAYS LATER my nail polish is lifting off the acrylic. Went back up there the next Saturday to get the thumb redone WOULD HAVE PAYED EVEN THOUGH I SHOULDN’T. Instead one of the men stared at me and asked point out who did my nails but the lady wasn’t there. Me repeatedly telling him the lady was not there he started to ignore me and offered no service when it could have been a simple fix. UNPROFESSIONAL AT ITS FINEST.

Went here to get my eye lashes done on last Thursday. Two days later, one lash was lifting so I returned for repair. Walked in told a man at the front desk my issue, they told me fine to wait til lady was available. I said in the meantime I will have a pedicure and a full set of nails while I waited. Once this was done I walked over to get my eyelash repaired, but the tech was still not properly repairing my lash, I then stated that in my opinion there need to be more lash installed closer to the corner of my eye, the tech told me no and walked away. I'm sitting there pleading with her to complete my lashes to my satisfaction. I stated that had i known they were not going to fix my lashes properly I would have never accepted the other services, I would have saved my hard earned money for a salon that respected me.. I finally went back to the front desk to ask the same man that told me they would repair my lash who was the owner. Do you know what he said next?? GO HOME, GO HOME! I THOUGHT I WAS DREAMING! I am a 65 year old professional woman, and I'm thinking who in the hell does he think he is speaking to in this manner?? Three women in there immediately start going off on him for telling me to go home. One lady told this man to give me what I wanted and had previously paid for. She came to the desk to confront him then asked her personal tech to repair my lash for me. This was only done because of this nice customer, all of the other employees in there acted as though i was invisible by ignoring me, and that they did not understand English. She told the entire establishment that they need to learn how to treat all of us black customers correctly because we are paying their bills, that no other race, White or any of the Asian population were patronizing this salon. I hate to tell anyone not to spend their money where ever they chose to, but if it happened to me, the disrespect, it certainly can happen to them eventually. I will never go back into this racist establishment. We are mistreated by the Asian population all over the country, when will it stop....only after we stop spending our money with them.
