Horrible staff today on 7/17/24… the lady at the business counter refused to help me with a self serve issue and then proceeded to tell me it’s my fault… 0 customer service skills.. I only wish I knew her name so I could blast her on here… absolutely positively lazy and rude too boot

My husband and I had ordered an online print service and needed to get something within the store as well.
The online is soooo easy !
We got inside and they immediately greeted us and began helping us.
We were quickly checked out and during that process Nate and Micheal were super friendly and helpful. They recognized my husband and I own a small business and began to offer the programs that Office Depot has to help small business owners. We greatly appreciated their friendly attitude and support.
Go to this office depot, you won’t be disappointed. This is where we will be doing the rest of our business for our business from here on out.

Crystal at 9 mile and 94 expressway was exceptional in her treatment of me as a prized customer. She was helpful and patient and did not rush me into anything. I took my time and made the right decision with Crystal’s help!!! You better promote her before some else does. Thank you Crystal

Office Depot is where one could buy any and everything needed for home or the office. Their prices are really reasonable for the quality of the products purchased.

I had just started my business, but couldn’t wait for Vista Print to send me some labels. I was able to have my labels printed as well as my flyers. Very nice staff.

DO NOT shop here! Everyone in that store has an attitude! I literally had a very simple question and she gave me so much attitude.
I think her name was Tammy. After I was given so much attitude over the couple of questions, and poor explaining, I just left the store. Like you work at the store, if you don’t like your job quit. Plus everyone at that store had rotten teeth.
This experience was extremely horrible and I will never be back. I would rather buy a pen from a crack head, Maybe they will have a better attitude and more teeth.
