Ziad is always super helpful every time I come in for an oil change. He’s friendly, explains things clearly, and takes the time to make sure everything’s done right. Its nice to feel welcomed when i come here. he really makes the whole experience easy and comfortable. I always feel taken care of when he’s there! Most of the guys are super friendly. Getting oil changes are good with no problem. They even checked over all of the cars I got when dealing with Carvana. That stuff was fantastic.Here is the problem, both mine and my husband needed work done on our vehicles. Between both and spending $1,000’s, my husband took his truck to the dealership to look at it. EVERYTHING they did needed to be redone due to “secondhand” parts. After that, I took mine it to get checked and guess what, same thing. Not going back.
