I went after work and I got my nails and toes done for my job Halloween party the girl over filed my nails and I asked for orange and black and I took a picture of what I wanted this is what I got this time I get home and my NAIL BROKE 😡 THIS IS NOT WORTH $50 SORRY LOOKING FOR ANOTHER SHOP

I've been going to this place for years. However, I think 3 days ago was my last time going. Every time I go, I get the same service. However, the price changes each time (prices aren't listed). More recently, I was charged $50 for an overlay that should have been a fill or correction for the person who did my nails prior. 2.5 weeks later and the gel was lifting off of all of my nails.

I normally only get a pedicure at this establishment ( not the best but wateva).but I decided to get a full set something simple: almond shaped French tip. One the shape was off but I can fix that no biggie but to paint half my nail white and think that is a French tip is crazy so I told the tech to take that polish off and give me just a plain polish… the polish job was terrible so i decided to have it all soaked off nails and acrylic The nail tech (brownish hair with bangs) was upset slamming the nail file and other tools, the water for the soak off she used was too hot for the metal bowl they used to put the acetone in but had an attitude when I told her it was too hot , no ma’am I don’t want u touching me .Now the owner, finished the job , cool guy very nice offered to do my nails no thank u sir I’ll pay for this mild pedicure and never return. May seem like nothing but I’m particular about my hands

I've been coming here for 2 years every 2 weeks the owners are on vacation and today was the worst time I've ever had in this place. first they open late second I got my cuticles on my toes cut so far I thought I was going to bleed. How do you leave a pedicure and your feet are dry,drier than when you came?? take care of my feet in between my pedicures and the way they feel today it's just horrendous

Avoid this place if you can especially the younger girl who works there. My nails turned out horrible and customer service is terrible.
Update: after a week of having the nails on two just popped off and the rest are starting to lift.

This place was cool ,my only thing is they don't do things very sanitary. No cover for the inside for the pedicure bowl, they used the same file brush on everyone and the nail clippers and nippers too. Nothing was taken out of a new pack. Invest in some disposable nail stuff. I won't be back simply because of that!

I would like to recommend this shop they are very kind and understanding of situations . I left from another shop with an ingrown toenail and a problem from another shop, they were kind enough to help me … I was in so much pain till they took time out. Their day to help me .I recommend people that are kind hearted and i appreciate their services to help others!!
