Please go to this T-Mobile if you are looking for people who will actually help you. This is a corporate location. Other stores in the area are “Authorized Dealers” who couldn’t care less if they setup your contract incorrectly. The store clean, the people are helpful and knowledgeable, and I’ve never had to wait long to be seen.

Don't do business or spend money at the Eastpointe T-Mobile store on Kelly Road. I purchased the Wifi, an iPhone, and 2 Apple Watches (watches free with promo). I fully understood the return policy and restocking fee. At home, I set I up the wifi and was unable to get a strong signal anywhere in my home, so I returned everything because I can't use devices with limited cell service. I was charged $155 in restocking fees. The restock fees are only waived for defective merchandise. The manager said the equipment was not defective, therefore, I was being assessed the restock fee. I argued that the cell system was defective, even though the Tmobile service map said I have "excellent service" in my area. The manager was rude and could not have cared less. I asked to elevate my concern to the next level of administration and asked for contact information for that person/department and he said, "I can't give the information to you." So I had no choice but to pay the restocking fee so I could go home after 1.5 hours. I explained to the manager that I felt I was being "screwed" and that the only recourse available to me was filing a complaint with the MI Attorney General. I am shocked at this the unethical business practice! TMobile cell service was terrible at my home. I went to T-Mobile for better cell coverage and purchased the plan and equipment because the coverage scan done at the T-Mobile store said my home address had great cell service available. What a scam!

With it being the holiday season the store was very busy, BUT the employees were very attentive and alert to every person that came into the store. I appreciate all the knowledge and assistance they provided. My daughter was extremely happy for her 9th birthday

Employee was extremely rude, called me a liar for being unaware of a software update, then talked to me like i was stupid because i didnt know which of the 4 new iphones i was interested in. Lastly, they started talking about religion and god in the store. Went to another t mobile and they resolved my issues with no problems
