Had Tailor Made install 7 of the remaining builders grade windows last month. The rest of the windows I did a few years back with midgrade Pe!!&. The vinyl Sunrise windows that were installed ARE of better quality than the overpriced "P" windows. On the same side of the home the Sunrise windows have a lower temperature infiltration that the "P", measured with a laser temperature gun. The men that installed the windows were very professional, on time and cleaned up the job site perfect. Time will tell if the windows will hold up well but as of now the windows and the company are top notch!Services: Vinyl window installation & replacement

Great experience. I had a new door installed. Process from beginning to end was great. I went with Tailor Made because they installed my windows a few years back. I was impressed by how well they worked together and cleaned up well. I am a very happy customer.

We recently had our windows replaced with Tailor Made and every step of the process was easy and painless. Their communication was excellent and the windows even arrived ahead of schedule! After getting estimates from numerous companies, I chose Taylor Made which was a good choice. My windows got in earlier than expected (a month early) so they actually had to wait on my schedule and they were good about that. When the day arrived for install, I received a call apologizing saying they were going to be late and would be there at noon. The crew did arrive at noon and got to work. They were professional, courteous, were careful of surroundings and left everything clean. They replaced 3 windows and a sliding door and were done in a couple hours. They did a great job - windows look great inside and out. I am happy that I choose Taylor Made.Services: Sliding glass door installation & replacement

This is a wonderful business!!! I definitely recommend it!! The guys who did my siding (Kevin & Gary) were absolutely wonderful!! They are so great at what they do! My house needed ALOT of work once the siding was off & they repaired everything! I had many requests & they made sure they did the best they could with giving me what I wanted. I am so happy with the results!!

Over this past Christmas holiday we lost a couple of window due to the cold and windy weather. My wife and I are new to the community and reached out a community based company. John was very good at giving us a reasonable estimate that worked within our budget and Pat installed those windows in no time. I placed an order for a storm door back in Nov 2022. I was told that my door had to be ordered from the manufacturer and they should have it by Dec. 31 and would then call me for an install date. It is now March and I have yet to receive a call. I have called multiples times and spoke to an elderly lady (Lucy) who seems to have an attitude everytime I ask for an update. Today when I called, she told me that its on backorder...and then promptly hung up on me. TERRIBLE SERVICE.Update: I spoke with Stacy and she was able to provide an actual update on my order. I got my door installed after all but I would never do business with them again. The process took entirely too long and Lucy's (lady who answers the phone) attitude and tone were huge turn offs. Had them install my windows this past summer. Every person that came to my house was professional and friendly. The installers were very efficient and did a fantastic job. The windows look great and function perfectly. They slide smooth and are easy to remove from the inside when cleaning. My house had the original aluminum frame windows from 1969, they replaced them with zero issues for a fair price. I'll definitely be using them again for future projects. Highly recommend!

Very professional, cleaned everything up after work and work looks amazing. Took a bit to get the work started because of supply chain issues getting the color of siding I ordered. But the siding of the shed and rear entry door replacement were completed on the day they started the work.Service: General door installation

The installation crew was phenomenal. They were very proficient in their removing of the old doors and installation of the new ones. They also kept us apprised as to what they were doing, and why. I had Tailor Made install new doors, windows, gutters and downspouts on my house.They were quick and responsive and did a fantastic job installing everything.
