So I paid for certified mail within 3 business days on the February 14th, and it's the 20th now and the letter still has not gotten to it's destination. Why charge me for 3 days and y'all delivering as regular mail. If I wanted it to be send whenever, I wouldn't have paid for it to get to where it needed to be which was by the 20th. Thanks a lot for poor service. I expect a refund.

I've been here 20 years, we have the best mail carriers ever, all bad weather they show, Todd was many years ago 2013, Tammy and today Frank, thank you for all you do and your kind words today Frank, just so glad I never have to worry about my mail and I miss you Tammy keep up the good work

I have always admired the way this particular office is ran. I like so much, that while living in Detroit, I made it my business to do most of my postal transactions through this office.

Very bad service I went there tow weeks ago to return my item there was a girl she told me I can't return my item because it's wrong address I didn't believe her , I went different location of usps to make sure if she was right they told me the address was right and I send my item with them so becarful to go there because of her I wouldn't get my money back from return my item it was 100 dollars.

You would think they would HIRE enough staff especially since your on Gratiot, I feel bad for the employees who work here it’s just like Myers they have four registers at least and only one person working. There was 10 people in line on a Friday at 3 o’clock.

Get insurance on ur packages or use ups. This place is a joke. The people need to be fired or retrained. Have “misplaced” 3 different packages of mine in the past 5 years.

They would not do my passport after telling me yesterday to come get my passport. It’s two black females that do not need their jobs . I went 6 minutes away and was done in 5 minutes. They are two ugly jealous women and as soon as they seen me they didn’t want to do my passport. It’s done haters never win. Lmbo
