The pharmacy is horrible. Slow, unorganized, unprofessional, just all around a mess. Highly recommend a different pharmacy.

My daughters prescriptions were transferred here when rite aid closed. Since then I have been there 3 days in a row for over 30 minutes before I can get anyone to even speak to me. The first day they told me they needed to get a prior authorization. No problem! They say they’ll send it to her doctor. Second day I get a text that it’s ready so I go pick it up, wait for another 30 minutes for service. Told they needed to send a prior authorization. I asked what happened to the one they sent yesterday, they didn’t send it. Okay. I verify all my information and they said they were sending it… again. During this visit I also had to confirm 4 times to the pharmacist that my 10 year old was not in fact born in 1914, regardless of how much I said 2014. Day 3 get a text that it’s ready. I go again wait 35 minutes in line. To be told they don’t have the prior authorization. I then asked, I don’t want to be rude but I can’t wait 30 minutes everytime I need a prescription is it always this busy? She said well, do you want to pay for it? It’s $220 you can pay that instead of your insurance that covers it free.
I don’t want to pay $220 for my daughter’s inhaler when I pay insurance to cover it. I want the Walgreens employees to do their job the first time. Or even the second time. Or even if you’re unable to help after ive spent over 2 1/2 hours for one prescription over the course of 3 days, for them to not suggest I should pay way more for the prescription for them to do their job. If Walgreens is too broke to fill prescriptions appropriately, or to pay and train employees, they should not be buying up other businesses. I am hoping that tomorrow, during my fourth visit to Walgreens. They will have the prescription my daughter needs to breathe.

Today the cashier was really friendly and my medicine was ready and correct. The store organized and I am glad I don’t have to deal with Rite Aide anymore.

This is a great store! Always will start, clean, and great customer service. As a cancer survivor, struggles with high blood pressure and a couple of other conditions, I'm a frequent flyer through their drive-thru. They're always spot on! Thank you!

If I could give this Walgreen Pharmacy at10 mile/Gratiot Roseville Mi. No stars and the biggest negative ever I would. Apparently Walgreens are employing the absolute rudest people. Don't think it stop at this Walgreen same thing over at the Walgreen at 13 mile/Groesbeck Fraser Mi. The employee at this 10mile/Gratiot location didn't even have on her name tag. I spoke with the store manager Todd who apologized and told him your Frontline people are the face of your business and with an employee like the one I encountered at his 10 mile Gratiot location DEFINITELY doesn't portray a pretty picture of his store.Don't think it stop at this Walgreen same thing over at the Walgreen at 13 mile/Groesbeck Fraser Mi the employee Kim has no phone etiquettes. Just rude I'm talking and she cutting me off not letting me finish my sentence. Walgreen Frontline people are the face of there business and with an employee like Kim answering the phone and speaking to customers DEFINITELY doesn't portray a pretty picture of Walgreen store location at Groesbeck/13 mile Fraser, MIShantel

I give zero stars. (Had to give 1 psh) One of the women at the pharmacy this morning was so rude it was disgusting. Customer service sucks, nothing ever in stock..always on back order (they didn't even order ours like they said psh) this place is ridiculous and for her to start yelling at me. Absolutely not. I will never return. Trash.

I recently broke my leg in 3 places. I went to pickup my prescription to be told I couldn’t pay cash for my prescription. Then I was told I must use my insurance. I have champva and they have no clue how to process it. They treated me like a drug addict. I broke my leg a month ago. I will be transferring my prescription to cvs. I feel so disgusted at their view of pain patients. My prescription was sent over by my surgeon. I feel like I’m living in the twilight zone

pharmacy is horrible I get scripts sent there then they don’t even have any decency to call me to say they don’t accept my insurance. so 3 hour's later when they say it will be ready(which I fought for cause first they said Monday at 12 AFTER A SURGERY and I needed pain meds they tell me i’ll have to wait the weekend lol) I go there & they tell me then. like really? they barely ever answer the phone. so I transferred it to cvs & it was ready in 10 mins. meanwhile i’m walking around in pain from wisdom teeth removal.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Hung up on repeatedly while waiting to talk to the pharmacy. Once I finally got through the lady treated me horribly. The couple times I have gone into the store the employee at the register is always rude and angry that he has to work. I highly recommend you avoid this location! Absolutely disgusting treatment of customers.

Absolutely horrible. You can't get through on the phone, even when they're not busy. I've tried twice and both times I was hung up on. That's ridiculous. I'm going to have my prescriptions transferred somewhere else. No excuse.

Well here we go again. I just can't get no satisfaction from this place. Meaning the pharmacy. Die of old age waiting on hold, they call me and ask if they can auto fill all my scripts so I can pick them up once a month. Yea right. I'd be dead if I counted on them. Never had that worked out right. Now There telling me my insurance is cancelled, it's not. And they're now giving me a 1 week supply of blood pressure medicine when it's supposed to be a 30 day script. Are they getting into to the good stuff back there? Something is off. I wish the best for that company. Sorry I had to post this. It gets irritating when it happens to to much.

Everytime I call to speak with a pharmacist I'm on hold over a half hour. As I write this I've been on hold for 45 minutes. Had someone answer after a half hr just to put me on hold. That is my status as of now. I will be moving my prescriptions somewhere else

Pharmacy is awful. My local family pharmacy closed down after being open my entire life, even longer than I’ve been alive, and they didn’t give me a heads up and just transferred my business to Walgreens. I hate Walgreens, and this particular pharmacy gave me a hard time when I had pain pills filled there many years ago. I’ve never been more embarrassed, and humiliated when I had to use them. My husband was deployed, I came home to Michigan to be near family, and they treated me like I was a drug addict. As I’m writing this review, I’ve been on hold with them for more than 30 minutes. All I want to do is transfer the meds I have there, out of that place, and they don’t even know how to answer their phone. I guess multi-tasking isn’t their strong suit! I come from a family that has worked in the pharmacy business for almost 30 years, and they wouldn’t ever recommend using any Walgreens. I work for Blue Cross Blue Shield Of Michigan, and I highly recommend using any other pharmacy. I just called them and they couldn’t tell me if any of my meds needed to be filled. Um, but they took over my business from Fairway. What do you mean you can’t tell me what is on file? I even asked if I gave them a prescription number, could they look it up, and they said, “No.” useless. Please use another pharmacy!

Able to quickly get vitamins and Rx. Carry a lot of candies and batteries, also picture printing.
