This location is horrible. While I don't live in Eastpointe, I thought this location was the better choice than going to the location by my residence, but obviously I thought wrong. Its such a shame the way customers are treated at this location. Customers are the ones who are keeping this establishment open. The workers are very rude and combative when you have questions regarding your order, while having no customer service abilities at all. Management really need to take a hard look at their staff at this location, because the workers attitude and behavior demonstrated at this location today, is a direct reflection on their own inability to lead a team. Wing-stop needs to take corrective actions on all of the complaints/issues made on this location. I will never and mean, NEVER spend a dime at this location PERIOD!

It doesn’t matter what time of the day, the wait is so long. Ordered something tonight, took over an hour just to get home and was missing parts of my order. It’s ridiculous at this location, every day!

i’ve gotten wings too today and i seen the cooks drop the wings and put it back on the counter, the cashier was being very rude, the wings tasted like rubber, and they also forgot my cajun corn . i usually order from this place so i’m disappointed

I walked in there and thought I was in the club music blasting with profanity it’s kids and elderly ppl in there. Wait time is about 35 min which is ridiculous not to count no one wears hair nets and all the males and females got dreads, bushy ponytails, or long braids. I usually don’t write reviews but never again either the manager wasn’t there or was right there acting ghetto with them ??

The whole store and staff are terrible whoever cooking n making orders can't understand extra seasoning even if you tell them to please make sure !! they still can't get the order right hopefully they get some better help and workers that understand what extra seasoning looks like step yall game up Wingstop eastpointe ?

We place an online order at 7:15 and didn't receive our food until 9:00. We arrived around 7:40 or so, and we understand that they were busy but after waiting an additional 45 minutes we asked what was the hold up the response from the cashier was we said the wait time was 45 minutes. Miss Ma'am we been here for a hour. No sorry for the wait, or anything. We have to do better

I recently went to a restaurant to pick up an order, and I noticed that none of the employees were wearing gloves. The manager, whose name is Raleigh, was very rude and unprofessional. I also felt that she was being discriminatory towards me because of my race. She denied my request to use the restroom, but allowed her white male friend to use it. Moreover, I noticed that the black employees were working very hard, which was commendable. However, given the current situation with the virus spreading rapidly, I feel that this particular restaurant poses a risk to the public's health and safety. I strongly believe that the city should shut it down for a thorough cleaning, and the employees should be required to wear gloves to protect the customers. Therefore, I advise you not to visit this restaurant until the necessary measures are taken to ensure the safety of the customers.
