Advance Auto Parts has helpful staff who are always friendly. When parts are not available, the store gives suggestions for other businesses. The store almost always has the parts needed, and staff are very knowledgeable about the vehicle's. They help install new batteries and windshield wipers, even when a customer has a broken arm. Most people say the store has what you need most of the time. However, some staff may still hire people that are a bit too centered around the beliefs that a woman must have been sent by a man. Get over yourselves; not all of us paint our nails to impress you.
My hubby was out of town, so I stopped by the store for a windshield wiper. It was snowy and cold outside, but he happily came out to see what I needed—and then put them on! I’m super pleased with the service I received and will definitely be back.
