They refused to let me have the box my starter came in. Claimed they couldn't return the core with out it. They lost a customer over a box when the should have tags that they put on core returns with the info needed. What would they have done if I had taken the starter and did not have the core with me at that time I would have left with the box brought the quarter back in without a box and they still wouldn't have had a box. And the woman's attitude was horrible. This was at the Eaton Rapids location.

Guy at cash register was rude and don't know how to do his job so I will have to make 2 trips into town to return a core wont do business with them again

They Sold my son a used part they refused to make it right with him by exchanging the part with a new unused part because he didn’t have his receipt the part was only 22$ the counter person was rude about it to him and myself. I will never do business with this store ever again very poor customer service.
