Dr Leah. Is the best! She's so kind and takes the time to actually talk with you and make sure you understand everything. The staff and nurses have always been super sweet to me as well.

Overall horrible experience, went in very Ill hoping for a diagnosis and antibiotics or medication to help my sickness but they had no idea what it was nor did they prescribe me any medications to help my symptoms. Felt like they didn’t take it seriously at all and I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here if they have a serious illness. I’m resulting with finding a new doctor immediately as my personal doctor is never in when I need to see them, and the replacements are absolutely clueless. Very concerned for my own health I am now having to make an extra trip to the ER for a better understanding of what’s going on. This place is a laughing joke. Shouldn’t be considered a clinic, more like black market Tylenol provider

My wife and I have been long time patients and it's been our experience that the doctors and nurses consider us like a family of sorts. EVERYONE in eau Claire intecare goes above and beyond and they care about us.

I have multiple chronic illnesses. I went in for help with carpal tunnel and was told I didn't have it and their was nothing they could do. Saw my rheumatologist and she told me it was carpal tunnel. I also have chronic pain and was told to take my regular med and maybe a Tylenol. I explained that I've been doing it and it's not helping. Once again I needed my rheumatologist to message them to tell them my pain is real and that I'm not a drug seeker. I am being told they are waiting at least a week before anyone is even willing to look at the message from them. I asked if a different doctor could fill me out a prescription due to the weather causing me more pain and I was told no and they said I needed to find another way to help myself. Looking for a new facility immediately!

I had a min stroke & the ER told me to see a family Doctor to get Meds to get my BP under control for (Dental Surgery- no mask).. I called Intercare in Eau Claire, Michigan. to make an appt. I inquired about wearing a face covering because i cannot wear them due to, i go into duress & my BP sky rockets. I was told in that case, I DO NOT have to wear a face covering.I drove all the way there only to be told by the Manager Elizabeth C that i HAVE to wear one or i could NOT be seen. I was denied HEALTH CARE!!Do No Harm! Is Now Officially Out The window! I ended up leaving without being seen.

I've been going here for several years and I highly recommend Dr. Collins. He's a great dr. And the rest of the staff is awesome too. My wife came here for an emergency dental walk in and they saw her right away and gave her a temporary filling and scheduled her an appointment. It was the complete opposite from the Benton harbor one. She had gone there earlier in the week as a walk in (because apparently they don't make dentist appointments and they didn't even give her a chance to wait because they can only serve 15 patients a day. If you have a dental emergency go here to eau Claire they do walk-ins Monday through Friday from 9 to noon and most importantly they treat you with respect, listen to you and truly care about their patients health.

This was a 350 degree turn around from the Benton Harbor location! All the staff was awesome,caring and ready to answer any questions! I definitely recommend the Eau Claire location!

I have been to the dentist 2 times at this location. Both times the staff has been great. There was no uneasiness and every one did a great job at making me feel comfortable. Great job every one.

Doctor P shushes me constantly and tells me he's in a rush. Not very professional and makes me feel like just another patient. Not like he genuinely wants to help me.

The doctor Polaski is a joke he told me to come back in and he would take care of would I needed as a doctor who cares about people he should have taken care of me but told me that I couldn't help me and wouldn't prescribe me my medication that I've been on For 15 years and my other medication I've been on for all my life he wouldn't prescribe me the correct medication and made me wait for 3 hours before even seeing me so yes hes a joke don't go to enter care

Went in to establish a primary doctor. Treated me like I didn’t need the medications I have been on for the the past 20+ years. I have been great with the meds I’ve been on this doctor says to “start fresh” F-that I am not going backwards in my treatment.

Bern out of my pills for 2 weeks I go to this joke of a place I give them the right pharmacy and they just decided to send it to some place that doesn't take my insurance. So I call this joke of a place back and they give me the run around. I will find a way to hold you all responsible you doctors and nurses took a oath and you will be held responsible. Don't go to this place they don't care about you.
